'Captain Marvel:' A Fanboy Reviews
A not-so surprising amount of controversy has arisen out of this film, and it seems to be for the sake of causing controversy. I don't see the foundation for calling this movie terrible just because the main character is a woman, but I also understand that Brie Larson has been somewhat provoking it. Her moves are also understandable because these are conversations that need to be had for the world to progress. However, I'm not here to comment on it. I just want to review the film.

Arrowverse, Week 1 Impressions
It was nice to hear that all of the DCTV shows on the CW Network had been renewed. It was a little concerning to hear that they were developing brand new ones. These shows are so busy that I worry about them stretching the over-arching creative teams too far.

So, this is another section in my little Fanboy thing I've got going on where I react to the most recent trailers for upcoming films that excite. Yes, they will tend to be comic-book based, but I'm a nerd, and these are the things that interest me. These will just be quick, first impressions from watching the trailers, with my immediate reactions and maybe some deeper musings if I notice anything.
