Poetic Memoirs of a Dream Journal
12/01 5:00 pm This evening I woke up to rattling sounds only to find myself on an old train. How this happened I don't know but I find it strange, and oh no. The last thing I remember was drinking my sweet tea outside the café, and then I awoke here. There's only a couple of things I have with me in my briefcase aside from my journal, but strangely enough no ticket somehow it's impossible, but I will jot everything down.

Lost Leaving Carrter
Chapter 1 The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. It flickered on unexpectedly as the deep blue sky got darker above the trees. The two college boys Carrter and Rylen had made their way through the forest when they stopped dead in their tracks when they finally reached the cabin. The hairs on the back of their necks stood up as they watched the flickering shadow in the dust covered window sill.

Escaping District 1
Chapter 1 There weren't always dragons in the valley. In fact the first time she saw it there was no sign of animal life that she could remember. It was desolate and dark, but the second time ten years later there were plants, and small creatures she could not explain. They were large, and although some of them looked dangerous they were nothing like the dragons she would encounter if she escaped again. Some flew, some walked, but none of them blew out fire. Nothing she had ever seen there prepared her for her final escape.

Message In A Bottle
The wind was blowing more than usual and forced her to go back inside. Putting away her sketchpad was the opposite of what she wanted to do, but she didn't want her crazy dad to find it. It was the only escape that she had, and the only way she felt she could truly express herself. Shareya had no choice as the chilly gusts went through her pages and her hair. Practically shivering as she put it away she hid the book in her blanket and got up to go back inside.

The Modern Day Vegetarian Top Story - April 2022
My Story Since early 2019 pre covid I have been on a journey of varying diets. Finding out what does and doesn't work for me, and I am going to share with you my story. Everyone's reason for cutting out meat and dairy or putting meat and dairy back in their diets are different. Personally I have more than a single reason, and I don't think I could ever go back! In fact I would personally recommend vegetarianism and veganism to anyone, but of course people love their dairy and meat, and I don't blame them.

Fostering Peace is The Purpose
Nothing feels better than knowing that you are doing the right thing, and in 2022 fostering peace and kindness is doing just that. My goals for the new year, years past, and years to come have always included trying to help others and manifesting and promoting peace in the world, and to the universe. Helping those in need, being fair, just, honest and expressing are some of the ways I intend on doing this. "You may call me a dreamer, but I am not the only one."

Mayhem Under The Full Moon
Introduction: The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. A train horn blew in the distance whilst an old man and woman quietly awaited their guest who hadn't been around in years. They both sat in their rocking chairs waiting for the sound of a car pulling into the driveway so they could be ready. It had been such a long time since he had been around, and they had some catching up to do.

Trouble Within Paris
Chapter 1 Today I've been trying to lay low and stay inside of my motel. Something tells me he found me and knows where I am. This gut churning instinct I have had ever since this morning has not gone away. I wish that I could reach my family but the only phone number that I knew by heart is no longer connected and he took my cellphone. Everyone around me is a stranger, and I know nobody except one person.

A Rebel Better Than A Curfew
It took me 18 years to gain my freedom as an adult, and being an adult taught me not to let anyone take that. There's an age for a curfew, and then we get older and we hold the pen for our lives. We can't let anyone else control the notebook of our lives for their own standards. Adults earn the freedom to decide when they will be home, and when they won't. Why let alone try and tell us differently? I learned this lesson in a complicated way when I broke myself free from a less than ideal situation. I began feeling closer to my real self once again in ways that I hadn't for quite a while.
