How Far Can we Genetically Modify our Crops Before it Negatively Impacts the Environment?
GMO “It has been claimed that genetic engineering is like nuclear science, as both confer a power on humans for which they are psychologically and morally unprepared,” proclaimed Darryl Macer, who at the American University of Sovereign Nations serves as the president and professor of bioethics and biomedicine. This was believed by Macer and others over 30 years ago and still holds in current times, even with the significant developments in genetic engineering. The capabilities of mapping, isolating, configuring, and improving organisms’ genomes have only skyrocketed throughout the years. It has gone from the tiniest organisms, like bacteria, to full-functioning animals.

Technology in Our Lives Today
It is more likely than not that everyone has encountered today’s technology in their lives. It is even said that people have more access to cellphones than functioning toilets! Technology in this sense is pertaining to the phones, computers, or T.V’s viewed by people daily. These devices have been vastly beneficial for quickly procuring information on everyday thoughts and by maintaining relationships between people. There is no doubt that technology has benefited everyone’s life in some way or another.

Bass Reeves Bass Reeves had arrested over 3,000 criminals and killed 14 outlaws without taking a single gun wound (Morgan). He was one of the most well-known African-American lawman of the Wild West. He became the first black deputy U.S marshal west of the Mississippi. He demonstrated a multitude of leadership characteristics, the most important attribute for him would be honesty. Bass Reeves was an incredibly honest man and he stood up for what was right, the law. The way he grew up, all of his experiences, and his leadership guided him to become the person he was and how he demonstrated it.
