Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think and learn like humans. AI systems can be trained to perform tasks such as speech recognition, decision making, and natural language processing. Machine learning (ML) is a subset of AI that involves the use of algorithms and statistical models to enable machines to improve their performance with experience, without being explicitly programmed. Applications of AI and ML include image and speech recognition, natural language processing, self-driving cars, and predictive analytics. The field is constantly evolving and there are various subfields like deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, natural language processing etc. which are being actively researched and developed.
