I was a warrior at the window Cursing those guarded gates The walls were bare and the Doors were locked and the rain Kept a steady pace
I can remember though I’d sooner forget Searching for something blazing a trail Running around in a whisky haze For the heart of a woman bottle to bottle
Come chase the shadows down the little red lane Kiss me well before you go and run away again Leave me with a memory of the moment like
