Side Hustles
I’ve been a side-hustler since the age of 17 when I first opened my Etsy shop. Ever since then, I have tried using a number of different websites to make money on the side, and my “businesses” have gone through some major developments. I am a big believer in side hustles. For me, they are a way to make money from the comfort of my home, on my own time, and in a way that I enjoy. There are so many options out there, and like I said, I have tried a lot of them. I believe there is a side hustle (or multiple side hustles) for everyone no matter what your skills are, if you’re working part time, full time, or not working. I want to share my experience with some of the different side hustles I have found success with.

Best Places to Visit to Experience the Great Lakes
1. Keweenaw Peninsula At the top of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the Keweenaw sticks up into Lake Superior. The peninsula is characterized by mountains and cliffs, streams and waterfalls, and splendid views of Lake Superior. Along the shore of the lake, you can collect some interesting rocks, and at night, the clear air gives way to some amazing views of the stars. You will have very limited cell phone reception, but the nature should make up for it. Make your way from the Keweenaw Bay at the Southern end to the small town of Copper Harbor at the Northern tip. Enjoy the hiking and swimming and rock collecting and make sure you eat a pasty or two. Look to the Northwest on a clear day and see if you can spot the next location on the list, Isle Royale.

Why Buy Handmade
Buying handmade products is a great idea. Here's why. 1. Handmade products are made with love, care, and attention. Handmade business owners put a lot of work into their products. They pay close attention to details because they want their customers to love their products. When you buy a handmade product, you can rest assured that the maker put their best foot forward because they are passionate about what they do. You will be receiving a high-quality product that was made with customer satisfaction in mind. Human beings put a lot more care into what they make than machines do, and this care shows in the product you receive.

You Can Surf in the Great Lakes?
A powerful crescendo grew until the momentum became too much to contain and it ruptured with a thunderous crash. As I stood on the shore, I listened to wave after wave break in the vast body of water that spread from the tips of my toes all the way to the opposite horizon. For as long as I could remember, on days when rain clouds filled the sky and wind filled the air, I had stood on that shore and watched the waves crash. But this time was different. This time, the waves were inviting me to have an adventure. And so it began as I paddled out on my surfboard.
