I'm a mad scientist - I mean, teen film critic and author who enjoys experimenting with multiple genres. If a vial of villains, a pinch of psychology, and a sprinkle of social commentary sound like your cup of tea, give me a shot.

They Did My Villains Dirty
**SPOILER ALERTS FOR "WONDER WOMAN 1984"** Look How They Massacred My Girl. Speaking of past sins coming back to hunt heroes, I’m going to take a stab at creating the version of Cheetah for “Wonder Woman 1984” that I would’ve been ecstatic to see, built around this very concept.

They Did My Villains Dirty
Important Note: None of the criticism here is meant for the actors, stuntmen, or choreographers who were just doing their best with what the script gave them. Even though I may not agree with the narrative choices the screenwriters have made, I understand that they face a lot of pressure from both studio executives and the general audience. I respect their art and I commend them for their efforts, successful or not.

Subtle
The young woman's heels clicked as she strolled down the water's edge to the Ponte 16. The white, yellow, and burgundy building cast a shadow of jagged rectangles over her, the shade checkered with pale squares where the sun shone through the windows. As she sauntered between the columns framing the geometric, fluorescent magenta crystal ball, its fiery rays rippled on the silver cherry blossoms embroidered onto her dark blue qipao.

Invidia
Eyfira's mask is tossed carelessly to the soil. The diamond hair clip I bought her has been thrown away with them. She's lying in the grass, her thighs wrapped around Hytur's waist, fingers clawing into his hair. Dirt smears her gown. His black and golden jacket is half off. She's kissing him, gasping out his name as his lips close over hers.

Invidia
Eyfira I-Seosha twirls around for me to see. The moonlight breaks through the curtains of the palace, draping across her bare, round shoulders and the glowing pearl necklace that rests on her creamy collarbone. She wears a royal gown, dyed with a rare purple that calls to mind a dusk fading into the night. They match the shade of her eyes perfectly; eyes that glitter because she knows how beautiful she looks already. To her, it is not vanity. It is simply the truth. At her hips, the fabric takes flight, gracefully fluttering around her slender legs like ribbons of mist. A silvery-white, ornate pendant in the shape of a butterfly adorns her waist. The insignia of the Monarch. The Empress. Her mother. She confidently tosses her dark auburn hair, clipped with a sparkling diamond ornament I bought her at the local market. She looks back at me, the corners of her full lips curling up ever so slightly.
