How I Met the Show about Meeting Your Mother
I will be the first to admit that I am the worst person to begin watching anything longer than twenty minutes. I tend to stay away from long films and series with lots of seasons as I am not particularly eager e one place for too long at any given time. When I begin watching something with my partner, I begin to get restless, and my attention soon diverts to something else. A couple of minutes later, I have entirely lost the storyline's plot, and before I know it, I have lost all interest in the show.

We all get ill. It is an unfortunate fact of life that we all must learn to live with. From the uncomfortable phone calls with your manager explaining why you will not be at work for a couple of days, somehow still making you feel guilty for not being there, to the complete lack of motivation to complete the most mundane of tasks. Being ill is no picnic.
People! Just say Something!Published about a month ago in MotivationThe Spontaneity of 'Do-It-Yourself'
With Christmas in the far distance, we find ourselves left with many ‘do-it-yourself’ kits of exotic foods and hobbies that our friends and family thought we would enjoy trying. Often is the case that these kits get tossed aside in the back of a cupboard until we find it again years after its expiry date has passed. But for me, these kits are more of an opportunity than a hindrance! Each ‘do-it-yourself’ kits I have ever received for Christmas, birthday, or even as an impromptu gift, I have attempted. I believe that these kits are a great way to try something new and expand my cooking horizons because I don’t in any way see myself as a cook, and I’m sure that the majority of recipients to these gifts wouldn’t either, but that’s what makes them so exciting! For a moment, you feel as though you know more about the culinary world than your burnt toast lets on.

I thought that I had seen every side of London there was. I have experienced the chaotic morning rush on the Underground, packed inside the train like sardines. I have felt the gust of Autumn wind rush through my soul as I walk across Tower Bridge, nearly losing my hat to the rushing Themes below. I have navigated between the ancient fortresses in the city centre, hopping from era to era as I swim through the streets passing the perplexed tourist trying to find their way to Buckingham Palace. Whatever you think you can do; I have done it.

Taking care of a plant can seem like a daunting task at first, but it is undoubtedly one that everyone has tried to achieve at least once in their lives, and often enough, it works out fine. Soon you realise that it isn’t so hard to keep a little potted plant alive and maybe try your luck at maintaining two, or three at a time. But, speaking from experience, this can become a slippery slope into an overgrown home!

Have you ever wondered what it is like to live in another city? London is infamous around the world and desired to be inhabited by millions. Before living in London, I lived in Scarborough, a seaside town in North Yorkshire, a county in the north of England. I have now entered my second year of living in London and have begun to adapt to my new environment. Since moving to London, I have moved to a new house in an entirely new borough; worked various jobs in multiple boroughs, and experienced life in the city both in and out of the pandemic. Once you live in London, you begin to adapt to its energy and learn its secrets. Here is my honest opinion on living in London, England.

With Martin Luther King Day approaching (18/01/2021,) it is essential to remember all the good he created and inspired in others during his life. He was a man of significant influence, having the profound ability to entice his listeners and make them aware of all the injustices their own country was serving them. Before King came along and took hold of the civil rights movement, the topic was not often thought of, let alone spoken. King opened black Americans' eyes to the fact that they should not endure inequality, but stand up to it and demand equal rights. He also opened the eyes of white Americans who needed to know that segregation was unnecessary and cruel, that being white does not mean they can stand back and watch.

I have been creating content on Vocal since April 2020; however, I did not properly start until the end of November last year. Since then, I have dedicated myself to posting content on the platform multiple times a week and have loved the experience so far. I have explored various blogging platforms, but none have compared to Vocal. With its Challenge feature, unique communities, and multiple features to support the reader and their creators' experience, I have decided to dedicate myself to Vocal and its future. I have even decided to invest in the company's stock shares to support its growth. As both a creator and investor in the platform, it is excellent to see Vocal taking steps to improve their user experience, and today's updated website is a sign of just that.
