I just found a bird in my window sill.
Yes, you read that correctly.
No, I am not mentally ill.
Perhaps he was sent to protect me.

Take your supplements to aid your health.
Collect your finances to build your wealth.
Do what you need to feel believable.
I have tasted the lips of a man.
Although my mouth was not always having a party.
I can still say I've tasted the lips of a man.
I could wait for a man to sweep me off my feet.
I am doubtful there would be one I would like to meet.
The only man I want is the only man I need.
There are many things the world claims as fact.
We are told how to act.
It is full of promises and ideas.
That only leads to pain and fears.
They are not seen.
They are not felt.
They wander inbetween.
Where they once had dwelt.
The monks in the highland mists.
There once was a teacher so cruel.
She hated all the kids in the school.
She despised them so.
She decided they had to go.
Why must I be masculine?
Why do I get paid less?
If we all took the same approach to the task within.
There would be no excuse to stress.

I do not feel my own breathing as I concentrate on his.
There's only one life we are living.
Only one chance to get things done.
Need to focus more on giving.
Then we'll find reward with days in the sun.
I like a man who knows what he is after.
Who revels in the joy of music, sex and laughter.
A man who doesn't care who knows his deepest thoughts.
Take me away from the city.
It's not where I belong.
I'm looking for a more natural gritty.
Where the connection is more strong.
