Bio
I often end up not being the one that writes my stories. My characters do. They always find ways to surprise me.
I started with quotes, which turned into poetry, and now I'm working on novels.

Barn of Memories
The creaking from the barn was extra loud tonight. It’s almost like the wind knew that I was getting ready to leave. When you spend enough time in one place, nature seems to know when you come and go. In my case, mother nature seemed to start to protest. The wind had started out as a cool autumn breeze, but started picking up as time passed. The full moon illuminated the pasture past the barn in a pristine white glow.

Barn Tales
"Alright freshies, find a seat and get comfortable. We're here until the sun comes up." Jonathan loved this tradition ever since he joined the football team as a freshman. He couldn't wait to volunteer to run it in his senior year. "This old barn we gather in has been the site of many unforgettable parties and stories for your brothers on the team. As we sit around this fire pit, each of you will tell a story. They are being recorded, and the team will decide whose is best. The winner will get to sit out of one upcoming challenge of their choice. Choose your stories wisely."

Consequences
“Explore the abandoned hospital, Jordan said. It’ll be fun, George said. I’m surprised Henry went along with this… he pisses himself just walking out of his parent’s basement if the lights off.” Jessica grumbled as she walked down the dark hallway. “Nobody said anything about monsters. I am so going to kill all three of them when I get the chance.” Jessica paused, and sighed. “Well, if the monster doesn’t kill them first.”

Survival
The war was inevitable. Everyone saw it coming, yet nobody was able to figure out how to stop the missiles from screaming through the skies. Nobody could create peace to stop death. The only ones that still slept were the nuclear missiles. It seemed the only thing anyone could agree on was the fact that the planet needed to be livable for when the war was over.
