Ready to Rock
Aching muscles expand and contract against my bones. Breaths come steeper and sweat drips from the bridge of my nose. My now drenched clothes beg me to slow down to a brisk walk but I've almost reached my goal. At this point my hair is drenched but I keep taking steady strides. I'm moving my hips and raising each foot relentlessly.
The Perfect Pairing
Most people pair their fancy wines with some delicious food and take pictures for their twitter accounts or something of that nature. However, us normal people are wearing sweatpants, at home with a huge glass of cheap wine, and tuning into Netflix or in my case podcasts. More specifically, murder podcasts because who doesn't like a good murder story? I know I do, especially the creepy heinous ones. No one can seem to explain why murder documentaries are so addictive but we all know secretly its our guilty pleasure, and wine too. Therefore, the perfect-sweet yet affordable-pairing is undoubtedly Barefoot Red Moscato wine, and a good gruesome murder podcast.
Meet Harley, she is 80 lbs. of laziness, clumsy love, and selective hearing. While, it appears she never gets off the couch much, she can at times be the rambunctious one of the group. Harley leads the pack, where she runs the other dogs follow. She is the senior director of chasing squirrels and is an expert in the field (literally). Harley enjoys chewing toys on visitor’s legs, running YOU out and not the other way around, and of course jumping on people even though she’s clearly not a lap dog.
