The Watermelon Diet was not for me. So I did this instead.
A few years ago I read about the watermelon diet — it entailed eating nothing but watermelon for three to seven days. Yikes. Well, I’m happy to report that as tempted as I was (not), I didn’t follow that diet or any other fad diet for that matter. However, I can understand what drives people to such diets.
