As humans, we are going to fail, we are going to fall flat on our faces many times, and it's going to be messy. We are perfect in the knowledge that we aren't perfect, we are going to make mistakes, and that is okay, that is just part of the journey called life.

When I was a teenager, I was rather observant, and I would always watch the adults and how they lived their lives. The thing I remember reflecting on was that they weren't living very great lives, in fact, I realized they were actually living pretty awful lives, without intention, purpose, meaning or true connection with others.

We tend to put up walls when we are around other humans, and the more humans around us the more walls go up. Its interesting to me because one of my deepest desires in life is also one of my deepest fears, and that is connection with others.

Awaken the Species
When I was about ten years old, I remember pondering the idea that humanity wasn't awake to who they truly are yet. I remember thinking about this at such a young age; it was shortly after the 9/11 attacks in New York. I was a young girl at that time, but I had so much inner knowledge in me, and I knew that humanity wasn't awake to the truth yet, the truth of who they are.
