The Spirit Bride
By Oliver T. Spedding On the day that they were to be married the wife-to-be of a young Algonquin brave died. Never Too Clever
By Oliver T. Spedding “I’ve devised the perfect way to get rid of John.” Nick Nelson said to Sylvia Buchanan as they lay in Nick’s bed at his house five miles from the Riverside vineyard owned by Sylvia’s husband John Buchanan. “I’ll shoot him and make it look like he committed suicide. What you must do is get John’s revolver and six bullets from the safe in his study. As you and John are the only people who know the safe’s combination it shouldn’t be difficult. Nobody will suspect you of supplying me with the gun.”
