Who doesn't want free birthday presents? There are several restaurants and business that will give you discounts for revolving around the sun. Most of these companies require you to sign up to their free newsletters, and e-clubs to receive the benefits, but not all! I searched high and low for these deals, so enjoy! P.S. Make sure you are signed up beforehand, since most companies will not send the coupons if you sign up the day of your birthday.

What Losing My Best Friend Taught Me
She didn't die; She didn't have to. My connection to her was lost that day she didn't say goodbye. I still cry when I think of her, and hope that she thinks of me sometimes, too. Our friendship taught me several things about life, myself, and building relationships with people.

No Poo!
A year ago, I quit shampoo. Why was I stripping my hair just to put moisture back in it? Why didn't I leave it alone in the first place? I know what you're thinking, GROSS. I thought so at first! Using conventional shampoos aren’t the only way to get your hair clean, and it shouldn’t be your first choice. There are several methods of no-poo: apple cider vinegar, baking soda, hot water, and more. These are the 3 methods that first come to mind when I think of no-poo, but I have heard of more.
