Planning
As the age-old saying goes, 'If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail' I found this especially true this week. I'd gone so consistent with the habit of doing daily writing that I had just got quite comfortable in the fact I could bang out a blog the day of that I didn't actually ever prepare anything ahead of time.

Being busy
Being busy is always something we yearn for when we're not busy. The grass is always greener on the other side. I was just in a situation where I did have a lot of time; a year or whatever in this pandemic weirdness, summer, then even going back to uni- I found it relatively easy on my time. Recently I've just acquired a new job, and life is a lot more hectic. In combination with Church, running, writing, going out with friends- it's a lot to balance.

Why you have to be a monster
Today I was ice skating with some friends and it was really interesting seeing the people who were the best at it. Those who were tentative, nervous, and waddling about didn’t do so well- they simply couldn’t move anywhere (or at least without any speed). However, the opposite end of this included people who went way too quick, cocky and ended up landing upon their ass (can’t lie that was me).
