How Meal Prepping Saved My Life
In high school I was rather athletic and one thing that teammates look to do after an event is get dinner. Fast food became a normal thing two or three times a week, which was fine in my teens but as I got older it became a real problem. Growing up, I never learned how to cook and this added to the need to go out and buy food already prepared. Again, I turned to McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s to help me out when my stomach started rumbling. Due to this, I became obese in my early twenties and would develop kidney stones at the age of twenty-five. The experience was so painful, I decided to make a change in my life and learned how to cook but the thing that would be the most beneficial for me would be meal prepping.

Mistaken Identity
Highschool is an awkward time in everyone’s life. You're going through puberty, people who you thought were your friends may not be your friends anymore, and you start getting into relationships and going on dates. I was in tenth grade at the time when I decided that I would conquer a fear of mine and ask out my crush Adrianna. I did not know it at the time, but this would become one of the most embarrassing moments of my life.

A Warning at Sea
The water had gotten warmer since Sam first started floating in it, clinging to a piece of wreckage. He awoke with brief memory of how he had arrived at this point. Looking around, he saw nothing but open water. How did I get here? Where is everyone else? Is this how I’ll die? These thoughts ran wildly through his head, and then he passed out floating on a broken piece of the ships hull. A few hours later, he awoke in a bed with another man starting down at him. Sam sat up startled, as he did not know how he had gotten out of the water.

The Best Deli Around
Everyone says that the deli in their town is the greatest, but I am here to give this one all the awards for best deli and its not even in my town! Growing up, I had a deli in my neighborhood that I went to all the time. I have fallen in love with this new one because of all the special offers. Home Town Hero’s has some of the most impressive and creative sandwich ideas I have ever seen. I cannot tell you how many times a friend has texted me asking if I wanted to get a hero from there and every time I was asked I can say that I was thinking about one of their sandwiches. Let's take a look at some of Home Town Hero’s most appetizing offers.

A Dogs Life for Me
Going to the gym has been a hobby of mine for a while but the thing I like the most about it is the drive home. There are many different ways that I could take home but I always take the same way for a certain reason. On this route, I come to a stop sign and see two dogs in the window of a house. There must be a couch under the window because they are always laying or standing on it to look out the window. Every time I see them I can only smile. Dogs can make your day better so why not get one?

Thrifting Pro's
How do you write a story about thrift shops without mentioning the song Thrift Shop by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. This song was so popular back in 2012 and talks about how Macklemore works at a thrift shop and buys everything from a broken keyboard to a pair of moccasins. He even says that he is hunting in the store looking for the next best thing that he can find because you never know what you will come across in these stores. In the music video you see him Macklemore wearing everything from fur coats to a built-in onesie with socks, riding a scooter, and running across multiple couches all in a line. The video does a great job at showing what goes on at thrift stores.

MY Day With Music
Music is like a drug. I'm sure you've heard this saying before but it's true. There's even research looking at how certain frequencies or wavelengths affect the human mind. Personally, I enjoy listening to music for most of the day, but I have different preferences depending on what I'm doing.

Dr. Mrs. Bader-Ginsburg You were a Warrior
As international women's month comes to a close, I think it's important to acknowledge and remember all the strong women out there. One of the strongest that I have ever heard of was Ruth Bader-Ginsburg. Unfortunately, we lost Mrs. Bader-Ginsburg in September of last year but, all that she has accomplished should inspire young women to strive for the best.

Try these 5 shows if you need something to watch
Everyone has that one person that they ask what they're watching because they know they are watching good shows. I know I always text my cousin for anime recommendations and when I am in the mood for a good superhero show or movie I text my friend. People have their own way of discerning what to watch next. Here are a few of my recommendations based on other shows that you may have liked.
