Scientific approach to beat Procrastination !
I. Introduction A. Explanation of procrastination: Procrastination is a common problem that affects many people. It is the act of delaying or postponing tasks or responsibilities, despite knowing that doing so will likely have negative consequences. Procrastination can take many forms, including avoiding specific tasks, failing to prioritize tasks, or becoming easily distracted by other activities. It is not the same as laziness, but rather it is a form of self-sabotage that can prevent individuals from achieving their goals and can negatively impact their mental and physical health. People who procrastinate tend to put off important tasks in favor of less important ones or they might find themselves engaging in activities that are not productive such as watching TV, browsing social media, playing video games, etc.
