Greetings and Salutations, What’s in the ethers* today? During my morning working out I started thinking about, help.

Ohhh, I see you have this under control
Greetings and Salutations! I was working out this morning, and honestly having a really rough time. Of course, it is morning, and something that has happened regularly enough, stiffness, stabby, burny, sharp, pains. That regularly I take CBD oral drops*to help, cinnamon flavor, although cinnamon apple was my fav before it was discontinued (pout face), had a few bowls of Bubbleberry from Nature’s Gifts*and one of Wild Thing’s homemade chocolate Cannaballs (cannabis from Nature’s Gifts, chocolate chips, and ground Boyer’s MASH-UP Coffee*, melted and frozen in a cute little heart, bear, or dot, I LOVE me some chocolate Cannaballs!) I was able to do my morning routine.

My Cheese Slid
It was a breathtakingly beautiful day. The sky deep blue, with hints of the night's storm still on the horizon, dotted with clouds, most of them mere wisps of white, others looking so fluffy as to give a great night's rest, and a few with what looks a little bleeding of the darkness from the night. The sun, mostly seen, yet periodically hidden behind one of the clouds, was warm, but not the same warmth as Summer, which is good since the green ground is scattered with the leaves of Fall. The leaves on the ground not nearly as bright as those still on the tree branches. Looking into the sky through the reds, oranges, golds and even some greens to the blue sky dotted with clouds, fed a sense of wonder, hope, and curiosity.

As I helped my daughter dress in her costume for Halloween, and through the drive to my Mom's, I wondered how many more Trick or Treatings we will have.
