Darkness Falls
Introduction I am trying to stop myself doing these Eclipse poems but I can resist anything but temptation, and this shows how weak-willed I am. To make it a little more interesting I am going to describe an eclipse using the Acrostic and Fibonacci (Fib) poetic forms combined.

Fruit Based Smoothies And Kiwi Fruit
Introduction Many years ago, because I am diabetic, a nurse told me I should not eat any fruit because it contains fructose and my diet should essentially consist of celery, carrots and turnips. When I mentioned this to the consultant they laughed and said we need some pleasure in life and that should include food, just eat them in moderation.

Introduction I have said that if you decide to move your vinyl, CDs, DVDs or VHS Tapes to the loft, you may as well give them to a charity shop because you are never going to go up there to retrieve something, and that can be said of a lot of things that you put in the loft.

This morning my friend Paul shared some good news Paul Morland is feeling relieved with Becky Rose Morland at Maternity 7lb 6oz born @7.21am. Mollie Emma Sue Morland 7lb 6oz was born at 7.21 am 17/4/24. Baby fine. Thank you to everyone for the well wishes and to the awesome staff here.

On The Road Crossing the road they saw a white Toyota bearing down on them looking like a Star Wars Stormtrooper's helmet on wheels, so they moved a little more quickly to get on to the far pavement. As they hit the pavement they felt they had stepped into something that some animal had deposited.
