"Alita: Battle Angel" (2019)
Set in the the future after a worldwide disaster known as "The Fall", Iron City stands as the last safe haven for humans while being eclipsed by Zolom, the last of the sky cities. Alita: Battle Angel has the feel of a crossover between steampunk, anime, and cybernetic futurism.

'Chernobyl' (2019)
Have you ever found yourself watching your favorite horror film and it has gotten to the point where the pretty girl is about to die? You know that she shouldn't go down that alley or into the woods, and she knows that the killer is there, but she decides to path directly into him or her. I don't know about you, but I genuinely get angry when I see such stupidity. I am not talking about when the pretty girl has no clue that the killer is lying in wait, but that she clearly understands that the killer is there and proceeds to scream or make noise to give away her position. I am not so naive to assume that those characters have the same training or tenacity as the killer, but if your life is in danger, and you simply need to sit still and not whimper, why in the hell would you make any noise?

'Red Sparrow' (2018)
Jennifer Lawrence (Dominika Egorova) sheds the heroic chains of innocence that bound her time as Katniss. I know that is has been a few years since she blazed into our minds, forever scorching the fiery image of her riding a flaming chariot. Although, it seems, that not since Silver Linings (2012) has she given such an impressive performance as she has done in Red Sparrow. I fell out of love for Lawrence after the Hunger Games trilogy, as I believe that it was far beneath her skill as an actress.

'Carnival Row'
I have been searching for another fantasy series to replace the hole that was left agape by the conclusion of Game of Thrones. Although that series had, arguably, the worst series finale in history, it will hold hearts and minds captive for all time. I am considering a complete series review, but that is no easy undertaking and will be for another time.

Why Become a Silver Stacker
I would like to take you through my journey into this seemingly thoughtless investment. At first, you could think to yourself that it would be simple to consider silver and gold an investment, but I would argue that you are missing the bigger picture outlook when it comes to "hedging" your money into this metal. Some of the theory behind why I stack silver and gold is grounded in the calculated conspiracy that the US Dollar will, in fact, collapse. I will start with why that is and then I will lead you into how I ended up with silver and gold as the way to combat this. The methodology is as complicated as you want to make, and the joy of watching your stack grow is a feeling that you cannot get in the stock market.

'Pacific Rim: Uprising' (2018)
The illustrious mega monster scene has had better days. Gone are the rubber suits and the cheesy building explosions as they have been replaced by pure CGI overload. Asia definitely corners the market when it comes to grasping our fantasies with the larger-than-life monster and machine world. But Pacific Rim: Uprising was a pleasant surprise. I never did see the first one, but after watching the sequel, I will certainly be adding it to my queue.

Speaking Through Your Soul
There are many paths that you can choose to take in this world with the life that you have been given. It's solely up to you of what you make of that short time. You can choose to live a life of selfishness and indulge yourself in every vice known to man since the beginning of time. Drugs, alcohol, pornography, gambling—the possibilities are virtually endless, but if you are anything like me, you feel lost and you cannot seem to place your finger on why you do not quite fit in. Everyone around you seems to go about in their daily lives in a seemingly, endless circle that all ends with the same finality that is the furthest thing from glorious, death. Every single day, we wake up we have a choice. Do we live the same day that we lived yesterday, or do we take hold of what the new day's possibilities have to offer.
