Dear best friend
Dear best friend, I get why you have to give Michaela and Noah your undivided attention as the author right now as they are the ones being the most vocal and need that special care. They may want their story to be told so everyone can relate to it and remember it, I think (at least that’s some of my characters!).

Dear best friend
I am thinking that my block is because I am writing for the husband, Stan, instead of Bexley and he is just trying to keep things together without falling apart. He is distracting his goddaughter Shadow with a music lesson. Ugh it’s all a mess… anyway, how is everything for you and how is your writing?

“Straight Love”
Thanks to Mariann Carroll, a great interviewer and writer friend, I am using this short story as a pitch for the challenge for a TV comedy (dramedy)pilot. Here is the first pilot episode(that can be broken up into a series) that can show you the story, characters, and how the idea of “straight love,” can be a very beautiful thing.

“Straight love”
My best friends Tim and Cat and I go to the movies every Saturday. It is our thing, I swear. We've done this since middle school. If one of us is short or broke, we cover each other. We are all very close. My mom says we are like Elaine, George and Jerry from Seinfield. We always date other people but end up single and back to hanging out with each other. “Single and back to the lonesome pack, huh, Derrick, honey!” she’d tell me. Haha, very funny, ma. I never got that weird show! They actually do laundry in an episode... Oh wow! So funny! Not.

Dear best friend, Thank you my dear❤️!! I am so happy you liked my article on Notre-Dame. So, the main reason I picked Notre-Dame is because its a Catholic cathedral with Christian roots. It has inspired many types of famous artists to paint it and also inspired books (Hunchback of Notre-Dame)and religious art that is important to the history of that church.

Dear best friend, I loved what you said about how you would rather be authentic than being a camouflage writer! That is so true. It makes me think of how I found my true author voice. How I used to write only in the male, first person perspective, but now I feel comfortable writing male & female perspectives.

Dear best friend, How is your writing going? I hope you are well. I know you were struggling about genre but overall, in a series or a book, there is always a genre stronger than the other that will be the marketable one your readership will be interested in.

Dear best friend Top Story - June 2023
Dear best friend, Trust me, I know how this feels. When I was working on a short story for school about a character named Jack, he was mysterious to me. Revealing slowly his dark family trauma, it was difficult and I remember feeling like it was hard to relay... Much like John’s even more terrible past with her mother, but it truly is revealed for a reason.

Dear my best friend, Right now I am waiting on my sales figures for I am Bexley. Resurgence Novels has not paid me anything yet but is going to start paying me my royalties and bonus payments (from my contract and otherwise) I believe in late July.
