Self love: Overcoming Negative Thoughts.
What do you think of when you think of the phrase “Selflove” ? I can tell you what naturally comes straight to my mind: Working out, eating healthy, taking care of my skin, drinking water, eating veggies on a daily basis, treating myself to a nice hair conditioner. In all reality, that list can go on and on.

Why morning Rituals are important
Believe it or not, you already have a morning ritual and you didn’t even know it. Every day you follow a certain routine because you are a creature of habit. So why are you even reading this if you already have a ritual? Well the point of this blog is for you to learn how to use your rituals to change your life. I want you to finish reading this blog knowing that you have accomplished something and that is a new way of looking at your rituals. Let’s face it, rituals are necessary, & they get the job done in the morning. You get up and take a shower, get your kids ready or feed your pets. Maybe you make breakfast or skip breakfast, maybe you check your emails. The point is that every morning and every night you repeat just about the same routine. They are the things that get done no matter what and you rarely skip those steps after waking up.

How to make more time for yourself
Time…… It is such a simple concept, yet it rules us if we allow it to. I hear many women I’ve talked to including myself say that making time for ourselves to reach our personal goals is hard and nearly impossible. Some people like me work long, long days (all day). Others work part of the day but then go home and work doesn’t end for them because they are mothers & fathers. They have kids, animals, or others to take care of. There are houses to clean and garages to clutter, bills to pay, and groceries to buy so when does it end. When can you possibly make time for yourself?

How I Manifested a New House
"If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands." - Bob Proctor Where do I begin......... Earlier this year I was living in an apartment & barely selling enough cars to make enough commission to pay my rent and bills. I knew that my lease would be over in a few months & I knew that I wanted to move into a house with my fiancé and pets closer to work. Knowing that I can manifest anything I set my mind to, I decided to make a few changes in my life.

How I Manifested My Soulmate
Two years ago I began my Journey of self discovery, which eventually led to me manifesting the relationship I always dreamed of. For a long time I didn’t believe that I would ever get married or even find a guy that would love me. I kept attracting men who liked to party and have a good time but never was it a guy who would want to spend time with me to get to truly know me. I eventually gave in and just figured that I’d never find the right guy.
