Rant Review: "He's All That"
As a young adult I did grow up watching She's All That basically on repeat when I was feeling upset. Hey, it was my comfort movie okay? People have been and like to be really rough on Addison Rae, and I really do not know why. In this little rant review we're going to sit down and talk about this face to face.
I will warn you about there being spoilers ahead and I will be slighlty reviewing before I post them so to summarize, this is a series about nine people going to a luxury spa retreat. In this article I really want to focus on the family that goes. A mother, father and their twenty year old daughter get a discount to go and for one specific reason. This show was very emotional and intriguing for me and I watched the whole series in three days.
If you haven't heard or been in the world of Netflix recently there is a new Netflix Original called 'MAID'. This is a limited series and let me tell you, I haven't binged a new show in who knows how long. This series kept me on the edge of my seat. A fair warning that there will be slight spoilers ahead just so you know.
We were always told to stay away from the water. No matter the time of year, month, or day it was so still and dark. There was never a wave or a ripple. The water was almost black and as far as we knew there was nothing alive inside. Every year around Halloween the older kids would start to tell stories about how the water would just eat you up and the town forgets about you and who you were. I don't know how a whole town, a county even, could forget a person ever existing. They erase you from their memories like you would burn a piece of paper. Not a picture or a single video to be seen of you ever again.
Netflix: In Case You Missed It
I've been gone a while, I know but I am back with a list of shows and movies worthy to watch on Netflix. There may be some from my previous Netflix post and if that's the case, don't worry, they're still worth the watch. I will put a disclaimer that obviously some of these a few of you may not like and that's okay. Although I do suggest giving them a try like I did. I also recognize that most of you may have already seen all of these shows and that's okay.
Girl Problems: Beach Edition
Being a girl is great at times, but then there are times where being a female is absolute hell. One of those specific times is at the beach. Throughout this ranty post, I will do nothing but complain about being a female while visiting the beach and be a relatable queen.
How To 'Simple Vacation' on a Budget
We all wish we could just take a week off, or even a weekend, and get away from our adult responsibilities for a while. This sort of "how to guide" will help you find affordable places to stay wherever you go on vacation. Whether you're going away to the beach for the week with your significant other, or you're taking your family on a getaway, these few tips will help you out.
How to Halloween
If you relate to most people, or at least most Americans, then you probably love Halloween. Whether you love the cheap, delicious candy on November 1 that it brings, or love the parties and dressing up, Halloween brings us together. This is a guide from how you should decorate for Halloween to safely Trick or Treating with your kids.
Best Shows on Netflix
Let's start off strong and let me introduce to you the CW reboot hit Dynasty. This has become one of my favorite shows and I just recently binged all twenty-two episodes of the first season in about three days. This series is so well put together and it never lost my attention, mainly because I love Elizabeth "Liz" Gillies who is a main character and plays Fallon Carrington.
'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' Review
Like always, this will be rant-like and full of my own opinions of the movie and will more than likely have spoilers scattered around in some places. If you've already seen the movie, great, you can take what you will from this. I just have to say that this movie was not doing it for me.
'Insatiable' on Netflix
If you don't know what Insatiable is or even Netflix, you must live under a rock and how are you even reading this? This show was first teased a few months ago and had so many people excited for a show seemingly about body positivity and Debby Ryan. The day it released, I was on top of it to see if it was worth the watch, which I quickly found out it was not. Ahead, there will definitely be spoilers and angry ranting, so if you haven't seen it and want to see for yourself then don't read on.
