Rutledge Deas IV: I Pretended to Be ill in Order to Get a Diaper Change Rutledge Deas IV, 29, of New Orleans, was jailed in November 2019 for faking a disability and recruiting caregivers to clean his soiled diapers. He recruited the women for an online babysitting app by pretending to have a special needs younger brother named "Cory." One of the caregivers was a college student who changed "Cory's" (Deas') diaper six times, including at a Walmart and a coffee shop. Four of the caretakers he employed went to the police after discovering the con. They believed that he would become noticeably aroused during the changes.
