Red makes a statement. Red is bold. Red is vibrant. Red is hot like a soul on fire. Red is singularly the best color ever to grab attention and say look, I am here, I am bold, I am living, and I am ready to stand.
Odd... Otherworldly... Mysterious... Mystifying... Supernatural... Unreal... The moon encompasses such an aura that in and of itself the absolute captivation of those searching for more than just the surface are drawn to its dark side. The moon is something that can only shine when it reflects light. It is always present, but rarely seen. And for all of its mystifying energy it still brings comfort to those that choose to swim deep.
When your soul craves escape from all the familiar that it runs so hard into the deep, that you turn around and realize no one is going to find you.
When wolves turn on their own; it is hard to understand where a frenzy begins and where it will end. What will the cost be of total control lost?

I did not hesitate to urge him, when my boyfriend asked me, “Babe, this year, would your mom mind if I cooked a side dish for Thanksgiving?” After tasting some of his amazing cooking, I was eager to see what he would come up with for the family gathering. I started to do a wine inventory in my cabinet. I wanted to see what I had on hand as the holiday season approaches.
This is MY health journey! I am here to stay committed for me, and me alone. I am ready finally to beast for me! Part of my goal is to tailor my life around being healthy not just in body size, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
