Dnaleri
Ch-16 Jacob came out of the kitchen with a tray filled with four mugs of hot chocolate and bowls of popcorn for everyone. It had been a very long and stressful day at the Court House, with Colin’s trial. He’d been charged with assault and attempted murder, but the bastard had the gul to claim self defense against Rebecca. Though he’d believed it would be an open and shut case, Jacob was irate to find out that it was going to drag on, putting Rebecca through much more turmoil than necessary.

Ch-15 Jacob stood back in stunned silence. The two young women clung to each other tightly, trying to speak but were sobbing too much. When they finally pulled away to look at each other, Rebecca was stunned at the beautiful young woman before her. Her smile showed pearly white teeth and made her forest-green eyes shine. Her purple-black hair had grown long, the few strands that had come loose from her tight updo braid fell in elegant waves down to her mid-back and her simple wardrobe accentuated her curvy figure. Heather had changed, but Rebecca could still see the young friend she knew many years ago. Ch-13 It was a month before Rebecca was out of the hospital, and once she was free, Penny and Jacob could barely keep her in her wheelchair. She was bouncing with energy that had been locked up inside for weeks, which made her foster mother and boyfriend's lives Hell in trying to keep her from overworking herself. Twice she nearly worsened her broken leg from using the crutches and it wasn’t until Jacob had taken them and put them up high on top of the cupboards in the kitchen that she conceded defeat. Although she had to laugh at the angry glare Jacob kept throwing at her because he could never hold back his smile when she started giggling.

Ch-14 True to her word, Heather’s mother and her father had protected her and nourished her back to health. When she’d found the courage, Rebecca had explained everything to them in a flood of tears and anguish. Heather had never left Rebecca’s side, giving the young girl support and security, and Rebecca felt warmth and joy in her life again, and she never wanted it to end.

Werewolf
Ch- 20 “Klara…!” he cried. The Wiccan stood as still as a statue and almost as pale. With her messed hair in front of her face, he couldn’t make eye contact with her in hopes of breaking through the spell. He struggled to free his leg from the trap, only to get a surge of Dark Magic that burned him.

Ch-10 “Rebecca!” Jacob cried. The spell continued to crush him, making even lifting his head nearly impossible. He yelled in fury, using a great amount of his strength, he broke through the spell and charged. It didn’t matter that he felt his physical form weaken to dangerous levels, Jacob thought only of saving the woman he loved. He grabbed Colin from behind, wrapping his arm around the other man’s neck. Jacob then reared back, pressed hard against his enemy’s windpipe. Colin gurgled, falling limp almost instantly yet Jacob didn’t yield his grip. Then just as his rage had come, it vanished with realization that he was killing Colin. Quickly letting go, Jacob checked Colin’s pulse, relieved that he hadn’t gone too far.
