Words I Wish I Said
I love you, but you broke me. You shattered my heart and left me just like everyone before you. The one person I truly believed would never leave me or hurt me and you did that and more. You are my first true love, my biggest heartbreak, and yet you’re still the woman of my dreams. And the saddest part of the whole situation? If you were to ever come back to me and ask if we could try again or be together again? No questions asked I would be right there with open arms, an open mind, and an open heart.

Becoming An Aunt
While becoming a parent is a new venture, many family members also take on a new role as well. From grandparents, to siblings, to godmothers and godfathers, all the way to becoming aunts and uncles. For everyone involved it is a unique experience for every individual. In some way or another you become a big part to this tiny human's life. You are a role model, a shoulder to lean on during tough times, a shoulder to cry on during hard times, a warm hug on a stressful day, a cheerleader at every milestone and event in their entire lives, and an ear to listen to any and all thoughts and worries. You may not have all of the responsibilities that the parents do, but in many ways you are the reinforcement for the parents. You are there to help guide this small being into a well mannered, amazing, unique, smart, and successful individual.

Counting Stars
Standing in front of the door, before heading inside for the night as the still air blows with a gentle breeze rustling the trees. No noise is heard as the street below is bare. The only source of light is the full moon staring back at you as you stand with one hand in your pocket and the other gripping your keys as if they are your safety line to life. Suddenly a thought, a memory to be more specific pops into your head and you can smell the distinct scent of vanilla and lavender. Your mouth tastes of peppermint. And your eyes blink back tears as the song that you listened to on repeat comes flooding back lyric after lyric. Humming along you stare at the moon in a heated stare down. Willing yourself not to blink you stand there. Goosebumps rise on your skin as the temperatures drop. Lights fill the blacktop street as a car passes by.

The Road To Autumn
Long winding roads, leaves of oranges, yellows, and red full of amber and maroon. Tires speed down the blacktop roads, streaks of white and yellow whizzing by in a blurry daze. The foggy sky full of blackened clouds lifts only for a moment to allow a touch of sunlight to hit his face through the windshield of the car. Driving along with the radio on a low volume he hums along while thinking of her. His Autumn, the woman who's name still brings a smile to his face and fills his heart with joy even after all of these years. The saying is true: It is better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all. Well this is his loved and lost story. It has been many moons since he last thought of Autumn. Her silky auburn hair, her vibrant smile as it shows her pearly white teeth, and her gorgeous ocean blue eyes. When he looked into them he would feel as if he was swimming in the deepest waters, floating into eternity, and as if he was as light as a feather before it falls gently to the ground.

The Name of the Job
His hands shake as he reaches for the glass bottle. Auburn looking liquid splashes around, hypnotizing him with its circular motions. Ringing sounds in his ear as the horrid sounds of screaming, crying, and eventual death flood his memory like a slasher movie stays with you. A chill passes through him as he twists the cap off and takes a swig of his whiskey. That’s when the ringing stops, the crying fades, and a voice one single voice comes into clarity.

Broken Silence
Rope met rock, smacking against each other as his shoes pushed with all his might against stone. Legs shaking, muscles screaming, and throat raw from yelling. Climbing up the mountain, he used all of his willpower to finish strong. "Do it! You need to make it!" he begs himself as he pushes his face against the ropes. Wind froze his face in place, his eyes burning and watery. Red, puffy, and dried out, he wanted to scream but no one would hear so why bother? Mustering all the energy he could, he made it to the top. Winded, sore, tired, and looking like death reincarnated: he crawls on top of the rocks to flatland.

Love Exchanged In Secrecy
The desk chair creaked as he moved to sit down. The rustling of notebook papers and textbooks sounded in the quiet room, the lights flashed for a brief moment, a solid second of darkness as the radiator hummed taking the chill of fall out of the air and his bones. As the books were set down with a soft thud and the pencil began to scratch out notes already prepared on the board, he looked around glancing at how empty the room truly was. Checking his watch, he noticed the time and saw he only had a few extra moments before class was to begin. He leaned back and sighed. Nothing like another day in boring old Salem Mass.

Enter The BAU
The show that took you in the minds of some of the most dangerous and deviant minds. 15 seasons, over 300 episodes, and endless hours of entertainment. This is Criminal Minds. This show in my opinion reigns supreme against all other shows. I could watch this and only this for the rest of my life and be perfectly content and happy with myself. Unlike other crime/ drama/ law enforcement shows, this one not only shows you a unique niche of the FBI, but each and every episode is based on a real life case that has happened in the United States. From chasing down bombers, to serial killers, to arsonists and psychopaths this show never disappoints. With almost the same entire cast for all 15 seasons, this has become a comfort show/ staple in my life. I have grown up with show and no matter the challenges I face in my every day life, I always turn to this show for comfort and I always find a new message or meaning in the episodes to use in my life, as well as to help me grow and overcome different situations and obstacles.

Twin Flames
Epic Romances, what are they truly? Who judges how or why they are epic? Generations and decades full of them. Why those ones and not others? We talk of soulmates, one true loves, and twin flames; but what are we really talking about? Is there destined to be one perfectly imperfect person for each of us, even though seven billion of us live on this earth? Forgive me, but I am not fully sold on this idea or notion.
