Self-Care, Not Self-Sabotage What Is Self-Sabotage?
Here we are going to talk about the sworn enemy of self-care; self-sabotage. It isn’t that easy to see what is getting us down, preventing us from reaching goals, or even preventing the desire to achieve. We all have areas of our life that are 80% good most of the time. For instance, some of us are comfortable with our work and friendships but don’t really have a dating life. For others, we are really good with friendships and relationships but are afraid to make big moves to start our own business. Self-Sabotage is universal, because everyone has areas of their life they prevent themselves from improving.

Playing video games for the first time? Trying to get someone else into them? If you own a PlayStation, then this is a guide that breaks down some of my favorite games for beginners. A Link to the Past: Original Hyrule Castle Theme A Link to the past brings us the original Hyrule castle theme. I know this isn’t a boss fight but the fact is it builds up to each of the Ganondorf boss fights following this game because it is part of Zelda history. Entering Hyrule Castle signifies approaching the final boss: Ganondorf himself. It builds the anticipation as you eagerly anticipate one of the hardest fights of the Zelda franchise. It also means the end of the game is near, after all you have worked for.

Shigeru Miyamoto: The Person Who Gave Gaming a Storyline
Early Life Shigeru Miyamoto was born on November 16th, 1952 in Sonobi Japan. A small village northwest of Kiyoto, there was plenty of nature to discover near his own home. Growing up in the 50’s, as a kid Miyamoto would pass the time exploring caves near his house. As he got older he became interested in Manga. He attended the Kanazawa Municipal College of Industrial Arts, where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Design. After he graduated he had little interest in becoming an industrial designer - instead, he aspired to become a professional manga artist. He didn’t know he would go on to save the gaming industry.

How I Got the Nerve to Go Backpacking Alone
Doing anything alone is hard for a lot of people - we are social creatures, even us introverts, so it takes courage to decide to be alone. Only, doing something by ourselves is the biggest test of our resolve. We face the opinions of other people - expressions of concern, lack of encouragement, or intimidating expectation of success. Yet the more times we do something alone, the more we practice putting our foot down and doing what is the best for us. This is what I did on my first time backpacking alone. The results were exhilarating.

By now, I’ve been unemployed for a year. I’ve been living without a car, and run out of things to do a few times.
