Bitterness is unwillingness to accept the truth
Suffering is the unwillingness to accept the truth, such as eating yellow dried rice; the difficulty is the inability to achieve wishes and purposes, such as a boat in the water that cannot dock. The two together are: living on a boat that cannot be docked and eating yellow lilies, which are suffering. The general reference to suffering is the unbearable fact of life, where a person lives an unacceptable and painful life in a bad environment for a long time. Suffering is when a person is in some abnormal state, and we do not want to be in that state. Our rejection of the environment, our rejection of the state we are in, and our inability to reject it, is the essential suffering.

Why Survival Needs Meaning
We are always trying to find and establish the meaning of things that exist and of our actions, and we have to do our best to abandon and reject things and actions that have no meaning because they interfere with and undermine our purpose. Therefore, the most important act that people do is to make judgments, choose certain things, give up certain things, do certain acts, and reject certain acts. The basis is meaning, and the presence or absence of meaning is the criterion by which we choose things and take action, and the most difficult and irrefutable thing in a person's life is to make choices, so to speak, and we choose the world and our own life.

The perception of our flesh
It is our physical body that allows us to perceive everything. It can be said that our physical body is an extremely sophisticated perception machine, and we use it to perceive the color, shape, sound, smell, and sense of things, and it is not only a tool for us to perceive things, but also the essence of our interaction with the object of perception. Therefore, our physical body is neither ordinary matter nor pure spiritual consciousness, and the ethical meaning of its existence is unspecified; we do not even know what the existence of the physical body means.

The driven earthly world
What drives human behavior? What drives the functioning of society? We all agree that profit and purpose are the driving forces behind human behavior and the functioning of society. What are your interests? What is the purpose? Interest is a scarce thing that man desperately needs; in other words, interest is a necessity for man. If survival is the purpose, then benefits are the various resources that support survival. Why do we need various resources of interest? It is our survival that must be based on these resources of interest, and it is survival that forces us to obtain these resources of interest; otherwise, we cannot survive. It is easy to see that earthly society is a human activity driven by survival.

What happens to people
What is a human being? The general explanation is a creature that walks upright on two feet and has created intelligence and civilization on earth. This is an extremely general and crude explanation. Were we human before we walked upright on two feet? At what stage of biology are we human and at what stage are we not human? What are we when we are not human? Is a butterfly in the caterpillar stage or the chrysalis stage? Is a human being at the stage of living in the ocean and at the stage of bouncing around in the trees? It is very difficult to define what is human, we can only define ourselves based on the significant change in the way we exist, and we can only call ourselves human in the stage of having the ability to speak and the ability to be mentally intelligent. This is very comparable. What have we encountered and experienced from the stage where we are not human to the stage after we become human? What changes have we undergone? And it is only from this perspective that we can know what we have experienced as human beings.

The result of competition for survival
What is the competition? Don't think you have to blow the whistle to tug of war is competition; don't think you hold the spear and I hold the shield, the battlefield of life and death is competition. Competition is the two sides have different positions, different purposes, and different interests, competition is to make the same thing to get different results, and competition is to make the two sides get different results. Understanding competition in this way is much deeper and more essential.

The possibility for human beings to change their way of being
Theoretically, human beings are free to determine their destiny, that is, there are infinite possibilities for human existence. Why, then, do we keep our embarrassed form of existence unchanged? Is it because we do not want to change? No, we want to change so much that we can say that all our efforts and all our developments at the moment are aimed at changing our destiny, changing the form of human and individual existence.

World Birth
When was the world born? This is no longer an eternal mystery. The world was not born out of anything as we imagine, let alone some singularity, some explosion, or some accidental beginning that led to the existence of matter or the world, the birth of the world is not some logical pattern as we imagine, the existence of the world is not a birth, the existence of the world is the beginning of a perceptual movement. Perceptual movement can only begin with non-perception outside of perception, that is, existence begins outside of existence, and what is outside of existence? What is beyond existence? It is non-existence, i.e., an existence that cannot be perceived; without perceptual movement it is non-perception, and it is non-existence.

The operation of rounded logic
Heaven and earth run according to logic, without logic there is no order, without logic things cannot run. That is to say, existence has been running for hundreds of millions of years, and everything runs in logic, and it must be perfect logic, otherwise, existence could not exist until now. And was the logic that ran during the first human civilization complete? The answer is the opposite. We have been running contradictory logic, irrational logic, subjective and one-sided logic, a problematic logic. Why do we put aside the perfect logic that exists and choose and apply this flawed, contradictory, and contradictory logic? We are not aware of the problematic logic we are applying, and we are not aware of the fact that there is a set of self-sufficient and perfect logic that we have ignored and set aside. Where is this perfect logic? Why do we ignore its existence?

The drive for a new life
The act of living needs to be driven, and the kind of life that is driven is the kind of life that is driven. When we are driven by survival, it is essentially a life of desperation. Life is the process of fighting for the right to live, and everything we do is to be able to live, but no matter what we do, life is ultimately an inevitable failure, because we can't refuse death, and the right to live, no matter what way we seize it, will eventually be confiscated by death, so human life is ultimately a tragedy, and our acts of living thus become meaningless. Such a life is not so much about getting something as it is about hiding from something. What exactly are we hiding from in our lives? Can we successfully avoid it?
