Fire...
She couldn't help it..She was drawn to Him. Like a moth to a flame. Something about him reminded her of the world she always knew. She wasn't one for just falling in like, lust or love at the drop of a hat..But she wanted him. No explanation. It was like this chemical, physical reaction. She hadn't felt something good in so long, and she couldn't help the thought from entering her mind of what it might be like to have him touch her. How much fun coffee would be, and in the back of her mind what it would be like to have sex with him. She had fallen asleep with him on her mind and woken up craving him. His strong hands on her body, his mouth on her. She desperately needed some play time and a protector.

The Care bear Organizational Psychology Theory
Hopefully Mattel will forgive me for using the Care bears as the working title for my theory, I am not sure if copyright infringement can be used against a theory, but it is better than someone using the Twinkie defense (1). There is a TV show called numbers that features an FBI agent, Don and his Brother, Charlie Epps. Charlie is a professor at CalSci and develops the Friendship Theory while helping solve crime. It was about me being isolated from my friends at the hands of a jealous ex boyfriend, and not being able to reach them. From this, I expended the idea abet stolen from Pay It Forward about the assignment given by the social studies teacher, Eugene Simonet, to put into action a plan that will change the world for the better. The boy, Trevor, calls his plan "pay it forward", which means the recipient of a favor does a favor for three others rather than paying it back. However, it needs to be a favor that the recipient cannot complete themselves. Trevor implements the plan himself, forming a branch of good deeds and networking a sort of angel tree of humanity. When it came to developing the actual theory itself it changed a little.

Runaway Witness
She had been running for over two years. From her ex, from the people who had done this to her. It would be easier if she wasn't the witness for entire departments and against entire departments . She didn't know who to trust anymore- she had tried to get in touch with everyone she trusted. None of them would answer. They hadn't for years. The constant push and pull of was always too much. Except one man, Rich was always there when she was scared, when she wasn't strong enough physically or emotionally to try to figure it out. Him leaving was one of the hardest things she was dealing with. He had literally saved her life, given her a home, a chance to go back to solving the biggest case of her career. She had to believe that there was more than just basic survival. She had scrapped by for a year while no one had listened. She had to remember she was the key to solving and fundamentally reversing the biggest fraud Chatham County had ever tried to pull off. At least pregnant wasn't a complication anymore. She was not the redhead from Savannah as Matt, her ex, Steve's male best friend (She had been his female one) had coined her on Memorial Day 2015 as she spent the best holiday she had had with Dalton PD family. She had made Hall County home for the last year, she would never be from Chatham County, Ga. They had taken everything she ever owned illegally and covered up everything their law enforcement and Assistant Chatham County Attorney Jennifer Davenport, who was threatening to sue her for simply putting in print what she had done. She had reversed every public employee in Georgia's rights. She had lied to the Ga Supreme Court, the Chatham County Superior Court and defrauded even them, creditors and every good public employee in the state. She had for 2.5 years altered court records, made every public employee an at-will employee and fundamentally put their careers at risk. Even if they didn't know it because law enforcement in Ga had ignored every violation of every civil and criminal code, why everyone she trusted had remained silent or attacked her. Even being threatened by convicted child molesters, assaulted by felons, sexually battered by two men law enforcement covered up, attacked and left in the street by every police officer she had attempted to get help from, friends, ex lovers and people she looked up to she wouldn't be silenced. They weren't witnesses, they were walking corruption with a badge and law degrees covering up their roles in what they thought were disconnected incidents. They had added insult to injury by refusing to even take police reports about even federal crimes. She had been attacked by a Mayor John Ernst on LinkedIn for trying to have her sexual assault not be botched by incompetent police officers writing police reports that contradicted themselves, common sense and even their own reports. Lawyers literally ignoring reports of entire departments, of police refusing to investigate corruption, even federal agencies pushing their witness farther and further way.

Protected Witness
She was tired of running. She never should have had to. She still wanted to stay but she had not been helped by any agency Federal, State, county, local or even nonprofit. Had anyone simply taken 10 minutes to ask her about any of it she would have kept trying but apparently they stood up only for the criminals among their ranks, and criminals themselves. She might have once been one of them but she could not stop this from happening if no one spoke to her, and the only people who did, had victimized her. There had been no justice for anything that had been done to her for two and a half years. She had lost faith in every one she trusted and everything she believed in. She had to remind herself every day it wasn't her fault but it had happened. The investigation stalled without access to the evidence, threats never to speak to those assigned to investigate the criminals and the cops themselves, threats of arrest, threats on her life, threats and attacks that was all there had been in the last few years. A victim with information she would freely give should not be afraid or left to protect herself. She should not have had her life taken from her and no one listen.

I wish you knew...
Despite all I have been through because you wouldn't answer a call for help, despite nothing has been resolved, nothing has been fixed because you turned away I miss you. You were my normal. The calls at lunch when the world was too much, the weekends together, the memories I still reach for when you loved me. I will never understand what happened to you. Why you never said goodbye, why when I needed a hero when the worst has happened to me I picked you to be not only my hero but to be the standard of my normal.

Skin Starved..
She was skin starved, starved for His touch, starved for everything that had been her world..languishing mornings, her career and normal. Domestic bliss, love and passion. Too much work and not any passion. She could never survive without passion. It sparked everything that was made her world light up. It was why she woke up in the morning, it was how she replenished herself. Without Him near, she craved his touch, his mouth on her, his voice, his time, to be loved and be His and to remember what it felt like to be held. She could barely conjure up a memory of what it was like to to be touched with love anymore, it had been to long and so far away...so many years before, three of them.

The Dedication
A dedication to me, is to the people who shaped the story, who are the unsung heroes that you can't explain to everyone else why they are so important, but you have to make sure that they know someone sees them, hears them and they have become not NPC's in the video game of life but trusted allies and family. Family is not something we are born with- born to yes. Those people are forced to be your caretaker even if they don't want to be and as you grow older they often like in my case simply disappear. I had always had unconvential family. My own "Ohana." From Path, to Twitter, to LinkedIn, they were people who even without access to them I can never forget and were not the supporting cast in my life story but my heroes, my avengers, my angels.

InJustice Falling..
Sometimes Revenge is a choice you get to make..Unless you are me and then you just try to figure out why nothing has gotten any better and no one will do anything they would do before May 2019. You keep trying though because it isn't just about me. It is about making sure that no one ever has to go through what I have with no one helping me since May 2019 just for telling the truth. There is always justice because what effects one effects everyone.

I'm not kidding! This F*ing happened. A Public Service announcement about Chatham County, Ga, and The State of Georgia.
It started simply with standing up for the people I loved, law enforcement in the State of Georgia. A simple termination for filing a grievance against Judge Lisa Colbert, former Chatham County Juvenile Court JudgeOne still being covered up by every federal, state and local police department in Georgia for the last 5 years the press has ignored the ramifications of, despite David Klugh telling me in 2018 "You know who it is? Van Johnson." No one has listened to me for over two years, while I have been abandoned by everyone I ever knew, even if they knew nothing about what was done, anyone I trusted, anyone who could and should have done something while I struggle financially and trying to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. The world has been in reverse for over two years, with brief moments of random kindness. Everyone from ex boyfriends, friends, my cheerleaders, my entire world has been in disarray. It has been the the only time in my life I have ever struggled, ever been treated so badly by every place that should made it better.

Chatham County, Ga The Federal and State RICO Edition
Per the RICO ACT enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 "It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity or collection of unlawful debt." That being said what happens when the victims of the fraud- the public employees of Georgia are not aware that one Assistant County Attorney, Jennifer Davenport, a police department, Pooler Police Officers and Chatham County deputies made them all victims in their public employment rights by taking evidence that proves a fraud on the Ga Supreme Court- making their their employment at risk of being considered at-will because of a crime of mail theft, a car theft and theft of electronics containing the evidence that can not be brought to light because of the failure of the FBI to investigate? It was not just a pattern against one of their own that has included covering up sexual assault, DV and a pattern of threatening but a pattern of activity preventing me from notifying the other victims...so that the events would not come to light while continuing to effect every public employee in the 11th judicial circuit... if these people knew what had been done to their rights, and their willingness to allow law enforcement officers in Bulloch County, Statesboro PD, and police officer with the Dalton PD and his daughters lives to be at risk..I bet things would change. It is not about being a witness, it is prevention of the public employees in Georgia and beyond of having knowledge of the the facts that they were and are being victimized themselves.
