Justice Rising Part Two
Dedicated to the people who have not made it harder, the people who could do nothing other than spread the word, and be my support system when my friends all turned their backs on me..the Men who remind me they don't agree with the what has been done and believe, and believe in me. The kind words, the not looking at me like I am to be blamed, for looking past the imperfections..to all of you..you are my heart. To the ones who hold the other men who didn't act or do anything right accountable ..thank you.

To the Men
The last two years has been beyond a disaster.. because I dated one Pooler PD officer for two months. Their department rather than jumpstart a battery left me in my car for months in a Starbucks parking lot. They took my two cats Jacob and Ella, the took my car, evidence in my wrongful termination, proof I was sexually assaulted in November 2018, falsely arrested me and still are telling me they destroyed the car with a court order doesn't exist. Their Lt Randi Linder wouldn't investigate it, their Capt Bogden called me "mentally ill, a drug addict and an alcoholic", "I'll leave you to investigate it yourself", Chief Ashley Brown has reminded completely silent. To protect one officer. My fellow law enforcement officers have done nothing for two years, about the sexual assault- telling me they don't interview sexual assault victims, they don't want the photos of the pictures of when I was sexually assaulted, the hotel receipt anything.

When Men need a BoxyCharm
There is no question I have pretty girl issues..hair, nails and make up..oh my. That never stopped me from hanging with the guys, law enforcement, military, Fire fighters and FBI. I have always appreciated men's logic. They think clearly and take care of what they love.

Pooler, Ga Police Department Exposed Part One
In December 2018, a month after being sexually assaulted I walked into a Dunkin Donuts. I had no idea that day would destroy my life. I ordered my coffee, as I always did. When I went to pay for it, I was told the person in front of me had paid for mine. Since I was going to get coffee anyway I paid for the man behind me. As I was leaving, he stopped me to thank me. I reluctantly let him near me because I wasn't at all inclined to speak to a stranger. He introduced himself and told me he was a police officer with the Pooler, Ga Police department and asked for my phone number to buy me a coffee in return. When he showed me his badge, I didn't think I had anything to fear. I was a juvenile probation officer and cops had always been my friends and colleagues. Thinking it would be nice to not hide behind the pain the sexual assault had created we became friends. He was something safe in my chaotic world.

Justice Rising
She could’ve been anything she wanted. She wanted her life back. She didn’t want glory or fame. She wanted justice. She never was one for the spotlight, but she noticed everything. She had been trained that way. Despite vivid memories seared into her brain, she took notes. Her favorite place, her black Moleskine notebook. Smooth texture, clean lines, elastic band marking her place, detailing justice sought, and stories of corruption complete with sketches, names and sources.

How Sexual Assault was Legalized in Georgia
In November of 2018, while going to the Ga Supreme Court and Ga Court of Appeals I met the man that would fundamentally alter my life. I had been a Juvenile Probation Officer for Chatham County. Wrongfully terminated for nothing more than filing a grievance. I met Shawn, a Tow Truck driver with R. Mayer Towing. My car had died in front of the Court of Appeals in downtown Atlanta. AAA came out, wouldn’t accept my digital AAA card and so became the moment that over two years later leads to this article.

The War On Masculinity
An ex friend of mine recommended the book "The WAR AGAINST BOYS: How Misguided Feminism Is Harming Our Young Men by Christina Hoff Sommers ( https://www.amazon.com/WAR-AGAINST-BOYS-Misguided-Feminism/dp/0684849577 "Despite popular belief, American boys tag behind girls in reading and writing ability, and they are less likely to go to college. Our young men are greatly at risk, yet the best-known studies and experts insist that it's girls who are in need of our attention. The highly publicized "girl crisis" has led to many changes in American schools, politics, and parenting...but at what cost? In this provocative book, Christina Hoff Sommers argues that our society has continued to overemphasize the troubles of girls while our boys suffer from the same self-esteem and academic problems. Boys need help, but not the sort of help they've been getting." I highly encourage everyone to read it) years ago.

Mission Chief... it's not fiction it's a way of life
Mission Chief.. Ever wonder what it would be like to run a fire department, police department and EMS...It's more than just "dispatch" it's a game of combat engineering on a local scale. Imagine you could create the elite of the elite and be 10-8 for your community. That is what Mission Chief allows you to do. You get to "play" more than a dispatcher- you get to be the Emergency Management for any department you can dream of. Being 10-8 (on duty for the civilians) is a full time job. You are literally the backbone of every crisis imaginable and then some. I am blessed to be part of the best alliance possible - US Emergency Responders Alliance (Commanded by D Hayes), were I serve as the Inspector General and Co-Chair of the By-Laws Committee (hit me up WonderBelle) . Our amazing Commander, has linked us in with dedicated Discord servers, and set up an alliance any actual government would be jealous of. Now I know most people are like..so I am basically just answering 911 calls.. but you really aren't if you use it right. I happen to be a formerish Juvenile Probation Officer so I have a lot of law enforcement contacts and experience (Check me out on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/devani-r-a39484a5) and I use Mission Chief to integrate all the people I know into this game..because they are the best of the best.. granted the lineup changes as I meet them but I know good when I see and hear it. Granted you don't have to have or know anyone in law enforcement or a fire department to love this game but it helps to personalize it.. Another thing is for anyone looking to practice before becoming a real life 911 dispatcher this the game to train yourself. It may lack the 10 ten code.. but that is just memorization. It gives you practice in prioritizing calls, alloting government resources, building departments. purchasing and executing emergency management. It really is a fun way to imagine who you would delegate your departments to. The recently added feature of FBI Mobile Command and sheriff departments really does add to the realism.. of course I would make a few minor tweeks but any serious gamer always would. The things I would add- Detective calls, arson investigations, state patrol and maybe a Department of Homeland Security and military angle .. but that doesn't take away from the game. I encourage you to check it out, join an alliance..(US First Responders of course is my recommendation.. Tell the Commish Wonderbell sent you) . “Ask not what your country can do for you” Ask what you can do for your community..to paraphrase JFK (hopefully he wouldn't mind the adaption). Come out and make the world a safer place..I am not however advocating you make Lil Wayne or Tupac a police chief.. that is not viable option. An amazing man I met at my former day job- Bill, a former US Army Combat Engineer taught me about combat engineering in a brief conversation- you keep the good in and bad out. You keep your friends close and and the enemy far far away...think of Mission Chief as your own private personal security force for your state and country... Until next time .. Geek On and Game.
