Worth
What does it mean to be worthy? We places labels on ourselves and each other to equate a sense of worth. We seek to classify someone by their potential, or who they may be at that moment. All the while we forget the infinite possibilities within and around us that will help shape our future. The dreams we dream about ourselves and others, and the dreams we dream of tomorrow.

Only Human
Human: a term to explain our biological existence. A term that refers to who we think we are, a name that signifies our bodies. Our biology, genetic similarities in DNA, thought, behaviour and error. We use the expression “only human” to explain away our mistakes using our DNA to lessen the impact of that mistake. This expression doesn’t lessen our mistakes, but it reinforces the myth that our DNA makes us anything less than extraordinary.

Happy Endings at the End of the Rainbow
Recently I have noticed a trend in gay Hollywood that I find disturbing: The near total absence of happy LGBT couples. Over the years we have fought, argued, and died to come to a greater understanding of love. We have come far, from the early days of hushed whispers, and "Don’t ask, don’t tell." We have, in some places, found a balance between what we cannot understand, and what is in our hearts. In some countries, you can now marry who you love of any gender. In some places you can even seek to discover who you are as a person, and which gender your soul is.

Dreams
We all dream, each night as our heads hit the pillow, images and sensations fill our consciousness. Vivid illustrations of past, present and future places dance about as we dream beyond the here and now. We visit far off places, searching for new experiences and forms of expression while trying to understand the world around us. Some dream of themselves and others, some about places, and some of different worlds and better futures for all humankind.

Politics and Humanity
I, as many of you, i'm sure, have recently started to see attack ads about candidates running for office. Like the first cannons of long forgotten battles shattering the peace of nations, as the populace prepares for political war. Harbingers of broken promises and misinformation as candidates vie for the hearts and minds of their constituents.

Art and Music
Humanity, the collective will or expression of human unity, has birthed many great works of paper and tempo. It is in art and music that humanity has found its heart and soul. For countless years we have delved within ourselves to understand not only the nature of reality, but of thought itself.

Truth and Honesty
Truth, many equate this to honesty, but truth has a deeper meaning than just the antithesis of a lie. Truths are evident in many things throughout society. We find truth many times per day, no matter who we are and where that truth presents itself. Many of these truths are misunderstood, biased by our own personal experiences or overlooked completely.
