The Field of Silence

It made me ponder my own meditation journey, and the clarity it has brought me. Clarity that I didn't even know was possible for me. Like a snow globe that has been set down on a counter top. All the clouded mist and snow has softly settled. The feeling that your mind is pure and free. That's what meditation has been like for me.

Becoming Your Biggest Fan
Be the audience of your own art. If no one else will, then why not you? In my life, I have supported a lot of different people. I will always root for someone who is going for their dream. Someone who creates art with ambition and believes in themselves. That's the type of person that I strive to be. Still, I understand that I have to believe in myself more than anyone. How else could anyone believe in me?

You will start to uproot problems in your life by eliminating things that no longer serve you. You'll be able to tell the difference between essential and nonessential.
How to Breathe for Success
I read a study that said the average person at rest takes about 16 breaths per minute. That same person would be taking around 960 breaths per hour. Following this trend, that's about 23,000 breaths per day, and +8,500,000 breaths per year. Assuming they exercise, this would come out to around 672,000,000 breaths in a lifetime if they lived to age 80.
How to Have More Peace
Do you feel as though you haven't had much peace in your life? As though peace has somehow escaped you? Do you feel like your life has been missing that crucial ingredient? Is there a lingering sense of turmoil in your life? My friend, I'd like to let you know that it's not over. If you're reading this, that means you are breathing. If you have breath, that means you have life. As long as there is life, there will always be hope.
