Many times, we are caught up with different sorts of circumstances. We tend to express our emotions in different ways such as: talking to a friend, , listening to music, writing, posting your thoughts on social media etc. Life isn’t easy at all but we have to endure life to know what we are up for. My advice to you is to simply “Work on Yourself.” And what I mean by that is to simply invest in yourself, love yourself, work hard for what you want, be ambitious, take yourself out, be optimistic, and to stay genuine to yourself.
Wisdom creates knowledge. Over the years, I’ve been experiencing new things, finding myself, creating hobbies, discovering talents I thought I never had before. It’s unique and brilliant how we are given these talents we didn’t know we had until we actually start doing them. As I got older, I isolated myself with everyone and started focusing on me. Giving myself time to learn the things that I can wasn't good at. Albert Einstein always engrossed me with one of his famous quotes,” If you judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree, it'll live it's whole life believing it is stupid.”
When our mind is in a troubled place we feel uneasy and difficult to process our thinking momentum.
