Seconds Down
15… 14… 13… Running… Running hard, not able to stop. My heart is going a mile a minute while my legs are trying to catch up. I look over my shoulder for a brief second, and they are still on my tail. Lungs are trying to grasp a hold of the air still left, grabbing any potential oxygen to be circulated into my bloodstream. My skin is drenched; sweat floods my body like I’ve been sprayed with a water hose. It was all normal only a few moments ago…

"When Capricorn and Pisces form a friendship, it's a union of opposite natures attracting. Capricorn is practical and down to earth, scrupulous and possessed of a strong work ethic. Pisces is very spiritual and dreamy, taking on the needs and concerns of those around them. These friends together form a sincere and devoted pair, and both have good morals. They admire each other. Capricorn likes Pisces' ephemeral and kind nature, and Pisces appreciates Capricorn's quick mind and tenacity. This is a friendship that may take time to develop, but it will grow stronger and closer (Horoscope).

The Emergence of Scarlett
Sometimes I really think that I may be insane. My mind wires are never not ignited and my thoughts are never fluid. Picture a train station where trains are supposed to show up on time, one by one. My thoughts, however, are more like a pile-up. Rushing at various "stops" or ideas, beliefs, and overall responses to everyday things.

Sorcerer's Poem
Your presence brings life. Daily, I open my eyes to darkness. Blinded by failures and insecurities, yet when you illuminate, all shades of grey fade away. Heaviness lifted away like a date gone bad, as my heart shifts gears, switch to a the fast lane, pass by fear and uncertainty. Breaking thru walls like a water to levy, your presences is a force to be reckoned with.
