To Live is to Jump from Mountain Edges
Life is not a single summit. It is an exploration of ranges. The top of the mountain is the attainment of a goal. Climbing the mountain might be the goal. Or getting a new job, healing the inner child, getting your drivers license, being able to get on public transport without a panic attack. The only way to grow is to climb it. However, life does not end when we have reached the peak and accrued hours of knowledge through blood, sweat and tears.

Making Mistakes is Learning
To a certain extent, mistakes teach us lessons. A couple of days ago, my friend's 13-year-old leapt for joy on FaceTime as he detailed his 100% on a maths exam. "I know you don't like math," he said. "But I'm so happy I got 100%. I don't like making mistakes. I like to be perfect."

I Cried In Front Of My Mother
Bad stress is a bitch. It sucks the soul right out of you and manifests into physical distress. My left shoulder has risen to live with my left ear lobe. The migraine has arranged its temporary working visa to become a full-fledged citizen in my brain. Panic sits firmly in my gut, spraying acid, so reflux burns my esophagus.
