The Gold Miner
Fredrick felt the impending imbalance overwhelming the fading resistance of his arms as he grasped at the few damp tufts of grass near the mouth of the gaping hole. He reached out for a tree root. He tried to swing his legs to shift his center of gravity, but the bandit beside him was clinging to the edge with a single hand, as the other was occupied with the sack. For what seemed like several minutes they struggled and kicked each other until neither could tell if they were trying to help or drop the other. The stone that the bandit was holding on to suddenly came loose in from the damp dirt. His quick hands grasped Fredrick’s shirt with a sharp jerk. For a second, all of the muscles in Fredrick’s body and his white fingers locked onto the edge. Alas, the earth gave way before he could collect himself, and the two of them disappeared into the abyss.
Friends, Chris Pratt isn't Sus
I think Chris Pratt is a good man. He is a man who is confident and unashamed of his beliefs. He is a man who stands out from the crowd, even in his own family. Pratt expressed that he doesn’t see either side of the political divide in our country as something that he can personally resonate with, that the enmity Americans have with each other should be overthrown by solidarity.
