Some men are nice. Truly, they are. I have met some nice guys. They exist...but apparently, I never aim for those. Because some men complicate things. And they are confusing.
Theatre. Performing Arts. Words that don’t mean a thing to a lot of people, simply because it’s not taken as a serious job. As my grandma used to say: “You’re only doing theatre as an hobby, right? I hope you’re thinking about taking a real degree.” And I am. I am in college taking a real degree… in Theatre. I hope that is what she meant about real—seems real enough for me.
Necessary Evil. The English Dictionary defines it as “something unpleasant that must be accepted in order to achieve a particular result”. Or as I prefer to say, something bad that must exist in order for something good to happen; unpleasant but needed. I know it sounds terrifying and rather foolish, but sometimes evil is not a bad thing. This idea of necessary evil goes back to Ancient Greece, in which they described marriage as the first necessary evil; and people still do it nowadays. So, it is not a bad thing, right? But what I am saying is that sometimes some characters are naturally evil, but their role is to expose other evil people.
