Detective Samantha Johnson had seen her fair share of gruesome crimes in her years on the force, but nothing could have prepared her for the case that was about to consume her life. It was the summer of 2019, and the town of Greenfield was rocked by a series of brutal murders. Samantha had been on the case from the beginning, pouring herself into it with all the passion and dedication she could muster. It started with a call from a concerned citizen who had stumbled upon a grisly scene in the woods outside of town. Samantha and her team rushed to the scene, only to find a mutilated body lying in a shallow grave. The victim had been strangled and dismembered, with body parts scattered haphazardly around the area. As Samantha and her team combed the scene for evidence, they found something that chilled them to the bone. Etched into the tree above the grave was a message: "I'm not done yet." The killer had left a signature, and it was clear that this was just the beginning.
