I Never Asked You Out: Part 13
Caro snorted sarcastically. "Miscommunication... Please... I've known you too long to believe that shit you just spewed." "Ok, well what's wrong with me then? Am I not allowed to be friends with you anymore?" Lexa protested quietly.

I Never Asked You Out: Part 8
Half an hour later, She decided to call Clark and confirm if they were still going out together today. "Hello? Caro?" Clark answered quickly. There was no mistaking that his voice sounded different than usual. There was a hint of nervousness mixed within his tone as well as some concern as he tried to keep the conversation short. "Uh... Hi."

I Never Asked You Out: Part 7
During the last couple of days in the family house, however, her mind was occupied with something else, namely the fact that she had to pack and also get ready for school resumption when they got back to the city. She didn't really give Clark's not calling much thought. Even though he hasn't talked to her much, he still sends her messages now and then. She didn't bother replying or reading them because she figured he was just worried about the upcoming year and not really wanting her to know the reason why. Although she understood, she wished he could tell her himself. She missed talking to him every day, even if it meant they'd be texting one another for hours.

I Never Asked You Out: Part 4
The following week went by quickly. After Caro's first day back at school, there had been some strange looks thrown her way when she entered the class and walked to her desk. She had tried ignoring them but they wouldn't stop staring at her. Finally, after an excruciating hour of Maths, lunch came and went with absolutely no sign of Clark. She figured he must be busy preparing for his exams. As the bell rang signalling the end of school, she packed up her stuff and made her way to the door. Just as she was about to step out of the classroom, she felt someone grabbing her arm from behind. She spun round to find Lexa in her

I Never Asked You Out: Part 5
When Caro got home at 10 pm, she was feeling quite sad. But she couldn't help smiling as she thought about how happy and relieved she felt knowing that everything would stay between them. And that she would be able to see Clark for the next three weeks.

Marriage of convenience: Part 11
It was the afternoon and Lina was having a nice lunch with her mother and grandmother. The three of them were sitting in the dining room while Lina ate the food that the cook had prepared for her. As usual, it wasn't exactly the best meal. It was a simple salad of mixed vegetables and a small piece of meat. The bread wasn't as crisp and crispy as her mother made it look. The bread itself tasted bland and the vegetables were quite undercooked. After eating her lunch, which consisted of only a slice of apple pie, Lina cleared the table, washed her dishes and then went outside. She made her way around the garden for about ten minutes before turning around towards the house and taking a seat on the bench next to the wall. She sat in silence, staring blankly at nothing and listening to the birds chirping and rustling the leaves. She couldn’t remember ever being so happy and content. Everything seemed perfect. No doubt about it, she had done the right thing.

I Never Asked You Out: Part 1
Caro was a very beautiful girl in her class. A beauty she would have been called perfect, had not life beaten that idea into her head. But there are some things you cannot change about how a person looks. The most notable being their hair colour. Caro’s hair was a dark brown, nearly black. She had the same dark eyes as most of her peers did but they held a lightness to them like an angel’s. Her skin had a golden glow to it and she had a very soft face. It is not uncommon for people to see this and assume that she has the face of someone who has no cares or worries. She was admired and favoured by many. There's this guy in her class that recently rose to fame as he became good at sports, and academics, his looks got upgraded and it was rumoured that his dad was super-rich. His name is Clark. He is very well known, and popular among girls and boys alike. Some say that he is going to be famous one day.

The Soldiers: Part 2
It sounded sincere and even a bit kind but Jimin was too scared to believe it. He turned around and crawled backwards, away from the man and away from the group. He thought about the last time he had to deal with this kind of situation. At this point, he asked himself if there was any hope left. Will they really let him go if he cooperated? He was getting more worried by the second but then he heard another voice saying: "I'll do it!"
