The Success Dynamic
More often than not, I encounter clients who are fiercely focused on the problems that they find within their Company with very little to no sight beyond that point of view. The perspective is narrowly focused on everything that is going wrong. The emanating message of how they feel is loud and clear and although not always represented with words, everyone hears it. Although there is benefit to seeing things clearly, there is a big difference between identifying an issue and finding that the glass is always half empty despite how hard the employees are working. A successful leader is a solution-based thinker. They can see the issue and the challenges without losing sight of the big picture. Companies need strong leadership. Employees need direction and together the wheel turns successfully. It's always about the solutions not the problems.

Programmed to Fail
I love what I do. I've been working as a Business Specialist with many kinds of companies from healthcare-related companies to business-related companies on every scale from start-up companies to mid-size and large organizations for the past thirty-two years. I've realized that every challenge that I was faced with, that every tear that I cried, and that all of my fears served to prepare me and, ultimately, to contribute to my success.

The Invitation
The end of another year is closely approaching as we are one month short of the last quarter of 2021 and a new year will soon follow. With only four months remaining, this is a time for inventory. Identify what has been working well this year and make a conscious choice to take it with you into the coming year. Identify what you need to be letting go of which no longer serves a productive purpose in your life. Is there a long-overdue desire within you yearning for something new, something true, something other than what you have been living? Is there something new that has come into your life this year that you never had before? It could be an opportunity or it could be a special person. If you're reading this, a part of what I am saying is intended for you. I invite you to explore the depths within yourself as you continue reading all the while giving yourself permission for your true wants and desires to emerge beyond all limitations...

LOVE BIDS...
It's the little things that make the biggest difference when it comes to love. Relationships are filled with challenges and learning curbs. When two individuals come together, it's because there's a connection and for some, there's a very strong connection. It's absolute bliss for many, but staying together always takes work. In my opinion, love is a combination of doing the work together and being commited to one another. To stay together, you have to learn each other and want each other so much that your love is strong enough to stick through the hard times. Like a pear, there are curbs with highs and lows, it can be juicy and sweet sometimes, it can also be deceivingly green, it can be hard and soft, tough and soft and, last but not least, there's so much more that lies beneath the surface.

Spirit of a Cyclist
Like raging bulls there's a sense of relentless competition which runs through their veins combined with blind ambition and fierce determination to see it through to the finish line. It's not enough to just race, it's a race to be the best. Blood pumps through their veins as they push beyond their normal limits. It's more than physical, it's mental, it's everything they are and it's what they believe in. They are cyclists!

A Wish for Humanity
Time had lived on Earth since the beginning and so at the end of 100,000 years, the Universe came to Time and said, "Time, you have lived in humanity from the beginning of Creation and with all of the knowledge that you've gathered, what wish do you have for humanity?"

When You are POWERFUL, there's nothing to PROVE
When you truly are powerful, there's nothing to prove. Such a simple statement yet the meaning behind it is somewhat complex. Have you ever heard someone exerting themselves by yelling their message, belittling others, reminding you of their title or demonstrating their importance by name dropping. These are all classic cases of someone who isn't!

CHANGE
Seasons change and old leaves fall to the ground while new leaves form in multiple shades of green only to take their place. Time changes from one minute to the next leading to the progression of hours which turn into days which turn into weeks then months and so on and so on. Life changes… Babies grow to become children, then develop into adolescents, maturing into young adults, etc. A simple cocoon transforms itself into a beautiful butterfly with vivid colors and intricate patterns. While a cocoon it remains, in what appears from the outside, as still while all along it was going through the stages of becoming a beautiful butterfly expanding it’s delicate wings and eventually learning how to fly. While the outcome is fruitful, the process can be complicated. Change leads to transformation and transformation leads to growth. When change occurs unexpectedly, it can feel challenging and uncomfortable at times but it leads to new experiences and opportunities that may not reveal themselves until later in time.
