This Too Shall Pass
Life is tough right now. There's no question about that. We're living in unprecedented and uncertain times, and all we can do is plow on and do our best, wait it out, stay safe, stay at home, keep our distance, take care of our mental health as much as our physical health, reach out to each other and adapt to socialising via video, calls, texts, letters, to keep the loneliness at bay.

Free Things to do in ParisTop Story - March 2020
Let's face it. Paris is an expensive love to have. If it's not the endless supply of macarons and croissants draining your bank account, its those pricey exhibition tickets, trips to Disneyland and daily café au laits at quaint river-side cafes. Needless to say, Paris is not the cheapest of beautiful European cities. That said, it doesn't mean that it's not possible to travel around the City of Love on a budget!

It's hard to photograph yourself when you are unable to see what you're doing, how your pose looks, whether you've captured your best angle, whether you've captured the mood of the photograph. That's why I'm always really excited to find a wonderful self-portrait photographer, and Instagram is always the main site that I use for researching new photographers to inspire me. Here are my top eight self-portrait photographers of the moment, whose work I have discovered through Instagram.

Gluten-Free in Paris
One of the hardest things about moving to Paris is doing to while on a gluten-free diet. This is, after all, the land of baguettes, croissants, and pain au chocolat. I've scoured the city in search of the best establishments catering to celiacs and those who, whether for health reasons or personal preference, follow a diet sans gluten.

Best Free Galleries and Museums of ParisTop Story - February 2019
As an art-lover who moved from London to Paris, one of the biggest adjustments I've had to make is how frequently I visit art galleries and museums. Unlike London, beacon of free culture, many of Paris' iconic galleries; such as the Louvre, Musée D'Orsay, and Jeu de Paume, sans gratis. Except for the first Sunday of the month, when most galleries open their doors to visitors, for free!
