SOMETHING UNEXPLAINABLE IS HAPPENING…
Her head was pounding from the inside out. Drumming on her brain like a marching band. The more she began to wake from her slumber, it seemed her entire body was aching from head to toe. Muscles in her back felt like tiny razors digging and scraping through her skin. Her eyes felt as prickly as a cactus, burning around her eyelids. Her throat was a desert, scratching all the way down her windpipe. It eventually dawned on her; she was sat on a train.

The Cry
The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. It flickered and danced in the wind. It stood on top of the old window ledge all cracked and decaying. I tried to rationalise outcomes in my mind. That’s what my therapist told me to do in times like this. My inner voice told me, that it was the new recruits joining the summer camp this year, playing practical jokes on each other. I was hesitant, but they needed to be reminded of the rules, even if I really didn’t want to.

The Town That Time Forgot
I was in my late twenties and had been living in my own apartment for about a year. For our generation, it is difficult to find decent, affordable accommodation, with the increase in house prices, so naturally I was thrilled when I moved into my own place, searching for months to find the right house. I’d been sharing an apartment with a couple of friends for a few years but nothing beat having my own home.

What is the connection between Harry Potter and Bruce Wayne? Although at first glance they are from completely different genres, one fantasy, the other superhero, without any magical ability. Potter being quintessentially British, while Gotham is set in America. There are more similarities to these two characters than there are differences.

30 - Hold
30 - Hold Everything about her was miniature. Her tiny fingers and nails, her mouth, and eyes. She stared back at me like a lost lamb looking for comfort. Her head feeling warm and fuzzy. She was a pink ball of skin wrapped around me, looking for some comfort in her crying need. Her eyes started welling up, water droplets dropped, bouncing on my shirt.

29 - Dig
29 - Dig She fell over something squelchy. Mud covered her clothes down to her hair and her boots, which she didn’t mind getting dirty, as that’s the reason they were made. She picked herself up, luckily, she was on her own and nobody else seemed to be around her in the forest she was walking.

27 - Stranger
27 - Stranger Entry One - I start this journal, yes, a journal, [because diary makes me sound like a little girl] as I start my new life in the country away from the traffic and fumes of the city. Somewhere new to call home, where everything is slower and calmer. I’ll have time to think!

25 - BITE
26 - BITE I bit into Satans fruit. Unlike the fairytales were beautiful Princess suck their teeth into the voluptuous taste, it’s juices pouring down the throat turning any feeling into luxury before gracefully falling on the floor, something soft to break their fall, I didn’t.
