Children with Anxiety
I wrote this article because I wish something like this had been around for my parents to read when I was young and in the midst of dealing with something I didn’t understand. Luckily for the newer generations there is so much knowledge being shared when it comes to mental health. If I could contribute to that in some way that would make me happy. So I hope this reaches someone who needs to read this and I hope it leads to a child's recovery from anxiety. The younger me will finally heal from the past with those who are getting the help they need and deserve in the present.

Our Last Moments
The breakup was brutal, full of tears and angry words. I was nervous to see him after all that we'd said. He had offered to help me pack and move, which was kind but it made me feel as if he were eager to erase the very memory of me.

A Little Info About Social Anxiety Avoiding, overthinking, feeling awkward is just a few of the things we deal with when it comes to being anxious in the social aspects of our lives. It can be hard to get out of your house at times, it might even be a struggle to find work or go to school. There can also be physical symptoms of anxiety that spring up and make everything feel so much worse. Blushing, shaking, sweating, nausea, tightness in the throat are just a few of the things that can happen due to anxiety, and it’s terrible.

The Stages of a Breakup
Just dumped I know this is going to be hard for people who don’t want to accept the end of their relationship. Emotions can make things so complicated by putting you in a state of despair. When someone is telling you how much they care only then to turn around and end things it really does feel like you’re left to deal with the mess alone while your ex is enjoying life. Accepting the loss of a loved one feels impossible. That’s why we need to take things one day at a time, step by step and day by day.
