This Workout Playlist Is Sure To Motivate You To Run That Extra Mile
For nearly ten years of my life, I've been a runner and I still love it - nothing can beat a runner's high! Most days are easy to get up and out the door, but sometimes a little added motivation is needed (I might be almost 25 years old but I'm far from responsible with my sleep). Music has always been that extra push to get a workout done and so many of my runs have been dedicated to listening to full albums of new music. But, I actually don't create playlists all that often.

The Broke College Grad Diaries
For those of you who have watched my YouTube videos or who know me personally, I started a video series meant to inspire and inform people about life after graduating college. I ended up only making one video and it was the last video to air on my channel. Gratitude & Happiness: How It Can Improve Yourself and Our Communities
November -- the time of year to give thanks and feel gratitude for the things and people you have in your life. However, this year it seems silly to spend only one month thinking about all the things you're most grateful for. 2020 has been a year full of uncertainty, challenges, and change which has caused many to realize how much we took for granted. Through gratitude we can find happiness within ourselves, about the things and people surrounding us, and extend that out to other people which can positively impact our communities while we continue progressing forward.

I Have A Confession
I have a confession: I feel like the biggest loser ever. And not like the show, The Biggest Loser where you win for losing the most weight after getting your ass beat by Jillian Michaels. Nope. Not like that. I genuinely feel like my life is the biggest joke ever, like, whatever God or cosmic entity is out there is just sitting back, laughing hard every time my life crumbles to pieces after believing I had it figured out. Hilarious. At some point, things are supposed to start falling into place, right? All the screw ups and disastrous situations end up making sense, right?
