Grounding
I have many dreams. I wonder sometimes if I’m the only one but I’m certain I’m not. Even the Beatles said it: “I’m a dreamer...”. Through my self-enquiry I’ve had conversations with people. I remember one person shared with me that his career was something that he had chosen to do since he was very little. Yet, this person showed no passion for his career. I felt a connection with this person. It was like mirroring me years before, when I was studying International Business, but absolutely clueless of what I really wanted to do with my life.

Competition
In a world were the current population is 7.8 billion souls as of september 2020 on planet Earth, there exist 7.8 infinite realities. Each individual person is living a life and creating history, determined by the choices that they make each second/millisecond/microsecond/nanosecond/picosecond. It all starts with a thought. The individual has an infinite number of possibilities each time and each possibility creates a different experience.

Meditation
In ancient times, if anyone had health isssues, a healer would chant a mantra (a specific mantra) and the person would be healed. A mantra is a word or phrase or even a syllable that is repeated in concentration. “Man” means and “tra” means transport or vehicle. In this process the healer is a person who has done many tapas and sadhana for this purpose in particular. To be a healer, one had to pass through an initiation by a guru with the Sanjivani Mantra (this is a mantra for healing others). The sadhaka (trainee) would have to meditate on this mantra that contains 7 bijaksharas, or seed letters. After this the sadhaka gains the power to heal and is eligible to work as a healer.

Vasanas and Samskaras
The first time I heard the terms vasanas and samskaras was in India with Swami Kashi. Before I met Swami Kashi in India I was in Brazil. I had gone to Brazil to meet a famous healer that a Psychic Medium in the Namaste Book shop in New York City had recommended to go visit. The Psychic said that I would love it because of the crystals that they had there. She told me that the energy of the crystals in Abadiania was like nowhere were else. I got hooked! I said I will go there and I did. I even ended up living there years later.

Energy
Everything is energy. We are made of energy. Energy or also known as prana (life force) travels throughout our bodies all the time. We have seven major energy circles that are known in the yoga philosophy and other teachings. These 7 circles of energy that begin from the root of our spine all the way to the crown of the head. These circles of energy exist in our bodies and even in animal’s bodies as well.

The Mind
Is consciousness different from the mind? Yes. The mind is an organ inside our body that helps us think and it has other jobs like telling you when you’re afraid sending signals to your nervous system. Consciousness is something else. Consciousness is beyond the mind. It is beyond thought.

Spirituality
I’m a traveling yogini that loves to learn about different cultures especially the indigenous people. When I west to India for some retreats I flew to Delhi and then to Rishikesh or a city nearby and then went by bus to Uttarkashi where it is said is a land of sages and swamis. I stayed in an Ashram where there supposedly lived many great saints, sages, and swamis.
