No Where To Hide
If walls could talk… Just imagine it. What would run wild through your mind? Would it be more anxiety-stricken thoughts, or confident, nothing-to-hide steadfastness? It depends on what you’re doing. For me when the walls start conversing back and forth like my home office is suddenly a big cocktail party, the world would hear all about how I’m a mindful movement nerd who doesn’t like mindlessly sitting in positions that keep the hamstrings short.

The Simplest Gift Today
I often dream of the day where I can be valued in professional and social relationships apart from digital technology. But that's no easy feat--especially when you grew up working with cameras and computers. You see for the longest time I thought to be more productive plugged in any kind of creative arts/media role I had to show off great technical skills. However that's only part of the story (and led to me feeling chronically overwhelmed like I couldn't ever catch up). Not to mention leading to uninvited habits like weight gain, slumped posture, and chronic stiffness or back pain.

Is This The Ultimate Restorative Yoga Video For Sleepy Glutes?
If you work behind a desk for more than 30 or 60 minutes a day, who doesn't? You might notice a limited range of movement available when you get up to do something else. For me this took the form of stiffness from the lower to the upper body. It felt like I was wrapped in shrink wrap 24/7. Not very efficient when you want to work well, sitting, standing, moving, and breathing with full breaths that nourish the body in the process - aka being upright.
