'Euphoria' Ep. 5 Recap and Review
This episode of the HBO series Euphoria is centered around Maddy, who is the confident cheerleader and on- and off-girlfriend of Nate Jacobs. Previously on the show, Nate strangled Maddy at the parade for yelling at his mom, leaving a bruise on her neck. Earlier on in the show, Nate beat up Tyler, a boy who Maddy had intercourse with, and Maddy doesn't know about it. Aside from that, Nate also blackmailed Jules, and Jules has yet to tell Rue about this.

My Advice for New 6th Graders
It has been five years since my first day of 6th grade, but I'm living it all over again because my younger sister will be going to middle school in less than a month. My years in middle school weren't the best and I would gladly go back and change some things. The change between elementary school and middle school is pretty big when you think about it and going from being in one class a day to six can be a culture shock. A lot of things change in middle school and it is the gateway to high school, which is a whole other story, so I feel like 5th graders need to be a little more prepared. I am a girl so my advice is directed more to girls, but overall it's inclusive.

Fitness Channels That Will Get You in Shape
When you look up how to easily lose weight thousands of results will show up. When you look up how to easily become skinnier thousands will show up, but how many of these will really help you and get you to your goal? If you're like me and don't have a gym membership or personal trainer you rely on fitness channels on youtube for a workout. Workout videos are really useful especially if you don't have much time or the equipment. Although they are useful there are so many videos and channels you can often get lost and not find the exact workout you're looking for. Over the years I've done many workouts and I've compiled a list of fitness channels that are really helpful and have beneficial workouts.

A-Z of My Favorite Songs Pt. 2
This is the second part to my favorite songs for each letter of the alphabet. N- "No Reply" "No Reply" is by R&B artist Mahalia. The song is sad, but it sounds so beautiful. I love Mahalia and she makes amazing songs and music videos. I love this song, but my favorite song by Mahalia is "I Wished I Missed My Ex," which she explained on Genius Verified. One thing I love about Mahalia is her accent, she has just an amazing voice. I really wished she could come back to Genius Verified and explain this song, even though I pretty much get the meaning. I really hope this song is on her upcoming album, which is coming this September.

A-Z of My Favorite Songs Pt. 1
Some people love to ask the icebreaker question. "What is your favorite song?" and if you're like me, someone who listens to an abundance of music, you don't have one. You have several, especially nowadays when there are so many streaming services and ways to access new music. I've been in quite a writer's block for a little bit of time, and this idea came to my mind and I got extremely excited. I know lists are sort of cop outs when it comes to articles, but I love them, especially ones like these where there are so many choices. I hope this list will inspire you to make your own because I would love to look at someone else's. This is the first 13, and I will be doing the second tomorrow.

‘Euphoria’ EP. 4 Review and Recap
Previously on the HBO series Euphoria staring former Disney star Zendaya, a lot happened regarding each of the characters. Jules sent nudes to her secret lover who we know as Nate, the star football player. Kat did her first cam session with a creepy old man and Rue enlisted the help of one of her NA members, Ali. Other information that is important to know to understand this episode is that Jules had a sexual encounter with Cal, who is Nate’s father, and Cassie, a very pretty and submissive girl, is dating college football player McKay. The fourth episode, “Shook One’s Pt. II,” is centered around the trans feminine Jules and takes place at the towns carnival. There is a lot to unpack, so let’s dive in.

Brands That I Would Shop at If I Had More Money
I love fashion and clothes, but as a junior in high school who's still looking for a job, I can't have every single clothing item I desire. Sure there are many other brands that are cheaper, but when I'm on their sites and I see their prices are so low, I often questions their ethics. It's not news to me that some of our favorite, affordable, online shops engage in fast fashion, and I try my best to stay away from those sites. Moreover, for someone without a paycheck, I have quite the somewhat expensive taste. I'm not saying I want Chanel purses, but when I'm looking for clothes, I find myself often exiting sites after saying, "Aww out of my budget." Here are some brands and stores that are just a little out of my price range, and who knows if you're reading this and have tons of money, then this may help you out.

5 Badass Female TV Characters
What we watch can almost influence us to be better or act like the characters we see. This is probably the reason parents don’t like when their kids watch Spongebob and rather they watch shows with more dynamic characters. Characters are on of the biggest part of the storytelling—actually scratch that, they’re the biggest. Some characters we don’t like and want to punch them through the TV; others we love the point we’re on the verge of tears. Today I would like to touch on female characters, but not just any females—the badass female characters who have the attitude we wish we had when we’re lying on the couch with popcorn. Now what makes a female character badass? To me, a female character is bad ass when she stirs away from the normal and has new thoughts and does risky things that we may not like. She isn’t a perfect character and reflects a real person and not just a fantasy. Badass doesn’t mean they don’t cry or show emotions, it instead means they make choices for themselves and later on can accept responsibility for those choices. Here are some tv female characters from shows I love that I find badass.

'Revenge of the Dreamers III' Review
Grammy nominated rapper and producer J. Cole founded his label Dreamville along with his manager Ibrahim Hamad in 2007 during the time Cole was working on his first mixtape, The Come Up. The label has signed Ari Lennox, Bas, Cozz, Omen, Lute, J.I.D., Earthgang and Cole himself. In 2014, the label released their first album, Revenge of the Dreamers, which was followed by Revenge of the Dreamers II in 2015. Four years later, the label releases Revenge of the Dreamers III on July 5, 2019. The album was recorded in January 2019, and the process of recording and finishing the album was called the Revenge of the Dreamers sessions and was made into a documentary that was released three days before the album. The sessions invited an array of artists and producers who came and contributed to the album. Some of these artist are Smino, Saba, T.I., Dreezy, and Buddy. There were over 100 songs created, but Cole and Ibrahim settled on 18.
