Fans Are Obsessed With This Surprise ‘Star Wars’ Series Dropping On Disney +
The Star Wars franchise has been around for a long, long time. Since its debut with A New Hope in 1977, there has been no shortage of spin-offs and tie-ins surrounding the vast galaxy of the films. The series spawned books and comics, then came video games, and merchandise galore. This went on for quite some time until the prequel trilogy rolled around in the early 2000s. Then, things slowed down. For over a decade fans were left wanting with little to no content on the horizon. Then, Disney acquired the franchise in 2012 and the floodgates burst open once again.

The 10 Best Quotes From 'The Phantom Menace'
One of the most endearing qualities of Star Wars is how quotable the movies and series are (some more than others to be sure). As such, presented here for your consideration, are ten of the best quotes from the film, presented in chronological order.

Fan Builds Impressive LEGO Starkiller Base
Earlier in mid-July 2021, a LEGO and Star Wars enthusiast passionately introduced us to his most impressive (Darth Vader quote intended) MOC ('my own creation") LEGO Starkiller Base; packed with numerous brick-form renditions of iconic scenes from Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Starkiller Base was the secret weapon of the First Order, and with even more firepower than the Death Star, it's destruction was the primary goal of our heroes in Episdoe VII. Displayed at the Brick Rodeo LEGO Convention in Texas, the massive 6 ft x 23 ft build took the creator (known as RichboyJhae on YouTube) two and a half years to complete, and featured more than 400 minifigures.

Lando's Real Motivations For Joining The Rebellion Finally Revealed
Star Wars’ fan-favorite, back-stabbing, smooth-talking, robot-romancing, deal acceptor is back once more in comic form, and this time fans will get to see what role he played in the events between Episodes V and VI. Love him or hate him, Lando Calrissian played a major part in the capture and rescue of Han Solo and was an integral part in the destruction of the second Death Star. However, there is a stark disconnect between the Lando in Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. One is the leader of a city but also a shady politician willing to sell out his friends, and the other is a rebel fighting against the Empire with only his friends beside him. What happened? How did Lando become the person he is in Episode VI and join the Rebellion? Well, the War of the Bounty Hunters event is now shedding some light on Lando’s change between films.

10 Of The Funniest Quotes From 'Revenge of the Sith'
"This is where the fun begins" Out of all 12 Star Wars movies (including The Clone Wars feature) Episode III: Revenge of The Sith is probably the one that the word “fun” is least associated with. The fall of the Republic and the rise of the Empire, Order 66 and the end of the Jedi Order, Anakin’s betrayal and fall to the dark side, Padme’s death and a crushed and burning Vader on the shore of a lava river. All this is not intended to put a smile on one’s face. But amidst all this gravity and tragedy, George Lucas and his script doctor, Tom Stoppard, still managed to sneak a handful of funny quotes into the final chapter of the prequel trilogy. Today we are looking at 10 of them, in no particular order:

'Star Wars' Reveals First Official Images of Darth Plagueis The Wise
Have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? If you are a Star Wars fan or a fan of prequel memes you certainly have. The iconic scene from Revenge of the Sith, in which Sidious uses a story of his master's power to seduce Anakin Skywalker to the dark side, has spawned numerous other stories detailing the lore of the Sith. MCU Vs Comics: The True Origins Of The MCU Infinity Stones
There are few objects in Marvel comics more powerful than the infinity stones. These six gems are each imbued with the energies of separate fundamental forces of the universe: space, time, mind, soul, reality, and power. On their own they are extremely dangerous, but when assembled they effectively grant the wielder unlimited power. Many would-be despots have sought this lofty goal, the most famous among them being the mad titan; Thanos, who sought to use these stones to wipe out half of all life in the universe.

New Star Wars Book ‘Brotherhood’ Is Set To Expand Upon Iconic ‘Revenge Of The Sith’ Line
There is a new Star Wars novel on the horizon by author Mike Chen. Brotherhood centers around Anakin and Obi-Wan during the early years of the Clone Wars and expands on how their relationship evolved from Padawan and master to brothers. This is not Chen’s first foray into the galaxy far, far away. He was also involved in the 2020 book From A Certain Point Of View: The Empire Strikes Back, an anthology of stories by many authors detailing and re-imagining the stories from the original trilogy (or Empire Strikes Back in this particular volume), told through the eyes of the background characters.

Do the Prequels Work as a Trilogy?
The prequel trilogy, love them or hate them, they sure have left their mark on Star Wars. There have been many critiques of the trilogy over the years, however one critique that hasn’t been brought up that many have talked about is; Do the prequels work as a trilogy? Do all three films culminate into one epic finale? Do all the plot threads started with The Phantom Menace finish nicely in Revenge of the Sith. Well perhaps we should take a look at The Phantom Menace and see what went on, what was left behind, and what was added in the middle.

The Best Musical Pieces From Each 'Star Wars' Movie Part 3 (The Original Trilogy)
Although the original trilogy movies are, chronologically, the "middle" trilogy in the Skywalker Saga, they were the first batch of Star Wars movies produced and, as such, John Williams' compositions for these films laid the groundwork for the subsequent trilogies. Presented here are the best musical pieces from each of the original trilogy movies. Nearly all the cues have been released on CD and digital download, although the expanded soundtrack releases with detailed liner notes and demos seem to be out of print at this time. Disney remastered and re-released the original scores to these movies on CD,LP, and digital download in recent years, which contain most of the essential cues from the original trilogy movies. A re-release of the expanded scores would definitely be welcome, eventually.
